HI FRIENDS HOW DO U TYPE IN THESE FORMS.... PLEASE GUIDE!!

U can put NO...for relative..I dont think it may create problem...since u r not providing his info on the form/docs...

NOW for

12A: its the exact designation

12B: and for the image---it should be first one (adding space).

And yes u can abbreviate the designation..
U need to add all the designation if u can..(promotion letters -provide/if possible with the docs)...

Hello bhaiya!
I have written you before regarding Education credential assessment (giving me real trouble to fix what to do). Is this certificate required at the initial stage when someone will submit the file! I asked few people and looked at the website but couldn't find any info!
I have written my postgrad uni in UK asking for official sealed certificate but sadly no reply! I am sure I am not the only one who's facing this trouble. If you know anyone as my case can you tell me his or her attempt on it!
You are always being a big support..! thnks!

Though it is falling under CLB 7 but how much would be total points, 16 or 22?

Bank statement is preferable but if you can't because of the history which you are careful of....Bank certificate showing the amount of fund at the of issue is okay.
Be rest assured that you will later be asked to provide the proof of fund at later stage which may be unlikely to be asked in the case of bank statement.
There is no rule about one or both!
You can do both if you can afford it.....why do you have to do two things ending in same result?

Its your choice.
 
Critical Advise (for those who are unaware):

Some of the us are not aware which place should be selected on Generic form -Point number:4

"Immigration Office requested For Processing this application:"

This should be selected from the below Link:

Remember this is an important selection which u may get confused sometimes. CIC does not process PR application to all of the country. Its divided by different Territory... U can choose from the above link which is ur Visa Office (VO)

Say some one is holding the position as Service Engineer under NOC 2132 (Mech engineer).


He did another Job five years back with another NOC 2133 (Electrical Engg). He worked as Production Engineer. By this NOC experience he want to apply.

So for

12 -a: "Identify the primary occupation and corresponding four-digit NOC 2011 code that will be used to assess whether your application meets the minimum program requirements:

Occupation : Production Engineer NOC : 2133

12 -b: Starting with your current occupation, list all of the occupations that you have had in the 10 years preceding the date of your application.

First occupation : Service Engineer NOC : 2132

Second Occupation : Production Engineer NOC : 2133


Here is the CIC guidelines for Schedule-3:

Question 12
Your work experience

a) Identify the primary occupation and corresponding four-digit NOC 2011 code that will be used to assess whether your application meets the minimum program requirements. Choose one occupation from the list you provide in your answer to 12b).

Dear Vai,

I have applied FSWP2013, but application returned due to CAP reached.
The explanation letter they provided to me have no UCI number (or any client identification number) on that. Just my name and mailing address.
But of the returned documents on the GENERIC APP FORM- IMM0008ENU, on Question 3, they write a 8 digit number. This number do not work when i try to see my application status as per CIC website now.

My question is do i have to put that 8 digit number with my this year's application (GENERIC APP FORM IMM0008, Question3)??


2. Is over qualification impact negatively in application. last year i applied as Engineering Manager and this year intended to apply as Computer Network Technician (2281). will this cause me any trouble? Do they keep detail information (like: Job duties) of returned applications ?

Usually during document filing related to PoF ICCRC consultants suggest to keep Bank certificate and last six months bank statement showing the transaction details. It is to prove that your account is live.
It may work also with bank certificate having seal of bank and sign of manager in the letter head. In my case I submitted both....
