I have one small doubt, Don't you think that I will get 15 max points in experience as have more than 5 years experience in primary NOC and more than 9 years experience in A level category.

Hi, I am a new member and had submitted application last time which got returned as the cap had reached by then. Will my UCI remain the same or I will get new UCI? How to get one? I was reading on CIC website that for first time applicants UCI is Not Applicable but I also applied for the 1st time last year and my consultant gave me UCI id? How did they manage? Appreciate your help.

ur consultant has given the UCI number by CIC (by email/returned file)...

So u will have to use that UCI number during filling up the generic app form IM0008

don't you think it will be confusing putting NOC 0213 where I apply for 2171?
can I put job titile as IT manager but NOC 2171 which reflects reality?.

U should put ur actual Job title not the NOC title..coz they may verify ur employment...

Its not confusing u will mention ur applied NOC on 12 a .(0on Sch 3 form)..

There is only one service available brother...(7 day evaluation).

I will suggest u to choose express courier (100 CAD ) extra..By This u can have ur report on Bangladesh by 15 days...

I have a small query. I have already filled all the CIC forms and signed them with date as 15th April 2014. If by luck and by chance no form is modified by CIC till 1st May; can i send my already filled forms dated 15th April ?

dont rush, don't sign and date the forms yet, just fill them on pc and keep it saved, once we reach 1st may and don't find any updates on form on cic website, printout all forms. sign and date them and send them across...

Please check for updated form on CIC website before submission of ur application which is important.

FSW2014 is opening from May 1st therefore you have to check all the application forms, instruction guide etc on May 1st in CIC website.

You must sign all updated application forms on or after May 1st.

I have a question about letter of employment. I am the manager of a small IT company and I would like to apply for NOC 2174. Since my company is small, the title of 'director manager' is my legal title and is used in our official correspondence. However, I am actually a senior computer programmer in my company.

I have 7 years of experience and I have all legal documents showing the establishment of my registered company and my business license. Both the translated letter of establishment and business license declared my as founder and director manager of my company. But I am a senior programmer. I would like to know how should I write a letter of employment for myself in my own company's letterhead? Does anyone have confronted a similar situation or experience?

I have a question and I hope that some of the experienced members will answer me and help me.

Last year I have applied under the FSWP but didn't entered in the required cap of 300 applicants per profession. I have applied under the NOC 0211 Engineering managers and this year this NOC is not available but my current job position is very similar for the NOC 0911 which is available for applying. Infact 0211 and 0911 are very similar NOC's which requires similar duties and same employment requirements.

So can anybody tell me will I have some problems if this year I apply with NOC 0911 or no?

Not at all..U may apply with 0911 since u can have the job duties relevant to two NOC so highlight the NOC duties of 0911 that u do on ur work.

Its a debating issue...But my guess say --u will be awarded for the NOC experience u are applying for...Not for other NOC's Experience...

I guess senior programmer matches best for 2174 Noc...So my suggestions is to apply with this title...
