My passport was 4 years old. yet got PCC in 3 hours at PSK.

If the address on the passport is in the same jurisdiction where you are applying for PCC, then PCC is issued same day !!

Not always, Some time physical address verification is done again. This usually happens if no prior police verification is done on the current passport, and current passport is issued based on the previous passport verification

I'm feeling the same in NOC 4011, it was only 302 caps before 6 days, and now in a week, it has reached to 357. Means 55 + in a week. Im Sept 30 appicant. Still hopefully waiting.

PER received date: Nov 25, 2014

The status update on CIC case tracking portal says:
Application status: In Process

On clicking the link, the next page shows one line:
1. We received your application for permanent residence on July 25, 2014.

I am currently living and working in USA and sent my application from here. What is the next step in this process? Shall I expect to receive AOR email from Ottawa visa office?

i stayed in canada for 2.5 years and at present in india
do i need pcc from canada also?
In email it was mentioned to provide pcc for all countries where u have stayed for more than 6 months
please advise

Those are standard things there. For your cancellation of representative you should submit a scanned copy of the form through CSE and courier duly signed form to VO.

Hi People

I think my query got missed in all the high activity on this amazing forum.
I need some advice urgently.
I had applied for FSW 2014.
When I had made the application I was in India and moved to a different country and changed my job like 2 months ago.
Received my email for "Positive determination of eligibility" around a month ago.
Now I received email from Delhi embassy for medicals and PCC last week.
Now since I am in a different country and changed my job so I need to get these updated in my application and I so believe my application need to move to the Canadian embassy here from the Canadian embassy in Delhi.
I have already sent email to CIO, Sydney about the change in my circumstances and asking for advice how to go about getting this updated in my file and further course of action.
I did the same with Canadian embassy in Delhi through the online form on CIC website.
I have not received any reply from any of of the 2 offices yet.
the time is running fast because they have given me a deadline for submitting medicals and PCC however in the changed circumstances I am not sure what to do.
Can you please provide some guidance how to handle this situation and if you have any other email id or something where I could explain my position to CIC, please share with me.

Max your file have already reached visa office in Delhi. You only need to contact NDVO only, since your have already generated your query so you should wait for another week.

Afterwards you can write them another email.

No need of Canada PCC. they already have your details !! In the CIC website it is mentioned countries other than Canada !!

How about MR location...? If a person is based out of New Delhi, Can he consider taking Medical tests from Fortis Mohali. Will NDVO have any objection about the location of tests and the present location of the candidate.

As far I know when you requested to submit MR they will give you list of authorized hospitals list. This is what i read here. people done with Medical Test can answer here

My apologies, Let me rephrase it. VO does have some set hospitals where you can get the MR like Fortis Mohal and Apollo Delhi are amongst them. My Question if my current location is new delhi, can i take Medical tests in Mohali. And what I understand from the earlier responses is that it is fine to take the Medicals any ehere in india irrespective of your current location.

Bro appear for medical at designated doctor in where ever you are (it is acceptable to CIC )
Submit your PCC to NDVO and leave the rest on them
you have already mailed CIC and CSE to NDVO they will take the action accordingly
don't delay ur MR and PCC submission as it can create problem and may leave to rejection.

But one most important thing.......you need to share your medical experience of Forties Mohali on the forum

You can appear for Medical at any of the designated Doctor / Clinic by CIC in the world
Location does not matter but make sure facility is eMedical enabled so it can be processed faster
