Hi friends
My frnd does not have family name in his passport. So, if he leaves coolumn blank in generic form his name doesnot appear on form or if he writes NA than it ll appear. Anyone who had same prob. Is der any problem if name doesnot appear on all pages of form

Write N/A or NA in the form.

Yes, my wife faced this problem and it's okay...Go ahead!!

I am new to this forum. I've few queries which i need to ask.
1. after receiving ECA report do i need to attach my certified copies of education or just simple photocopies with it.
Original Please. photocopy won't work.
2. do i need to translate into english my CNIC card as well as my wife CNIC?
You need the copy of the original IC and notarized translation
3. my wife's maternal aunt is a canadian PR. so to prove that she is currently physically residing in canada her bank statement is enough or not? she does not have her own address bcoz she lives with her daughter who is also a canadian citizen. Any other option like tax return etc? plz guide me....

Just concentrate on matching of duties,,,thats it...they need to know what you were performing at work...

If your file is in NDVO then this both of above tabs are to be updated after 2nd line is updated in your ECAS..

which is "we have started processing your application on _______ date"

my spouse did medicals in U.S hospital. They have given receipt and e medical information sheet (It has name,photo,IME & medical test details,but says test results incomplete)....

Only receipt needs to be sent or e Medical info sheet (given by hospital) also to VO (in our case NDVO)

Hosptial has told e medical sheet for our reference .

Urgent pl confirm... My spouse has to courier today ... Seniors pl reply.
