I am not able find you on the sheet. What is your VO? Everything depends on the VO. So it would be easier answer if we know your VO.

I would expect New Delhi. But with the info I know, NDVO has not yet started issuing Passport Requests. So, this makes me wonder your VO.

I am really thankful for your reply bro. But unfortunately, I will not be able to send CIC any alternative or updated payment form sooner than next week, which will be late I believe.

Do you have any idea whether they assign a UCI to the rejected files due to payment or not ?
and If they do, should I wait for the returned file or send another one without the UCI

Yes, you will get UCI # with your returned application. But you don't need to wait until you get it back to re-apply. You don't need to include UCI# with the application.

After MR you should get your medicals done from an empanneled medical centre.

Make DD of 490 CAD/ 26700/ INR Per person (adult only)-in favour for Canadian High Commision payable at New Delhi if you get RPRF request along with MR (generally RPRF is requested with MR).

If they ask for passport copies, then copy of bio pages has to be submitted.

Then you need to send Medical receipt that you get from the medical centre, RPRF DD and paasport bio pages to

Canadian High Commision
immigration section
7 / 8 Shantipath Chanakyapuri
New Delhi 110 021

After your medicals reaches NDVO your ecas should show Medicals Received


Then comes the Passport Request .... which NDVO has yet not started

I need some info. Regarding proof of funds
One of my frnd has to show 11824cad= 6.5 lac INR, right now she has 4.5 in her account, is it possible if she transfer rest of the funds from her father's account... is der any risk in future stages... If vo demands for six month statement

She must receive this money as a gift from her father. It is advisable to get an affidavit from her father stating that he is gifting this money for her settelment and she is not supposed to return this money ever in life as it is a gift (she need not submit this affidavit now but to keep with her if NDVO asks for account statement/source of fund).

Since it is a partial amount only there should not be a problem, this should work well.

1. Is it correct to send all these documents to NDVO without them specifically asking for these
2. If I'm paying the additional CAD150 through a demand draft, should the demand draft be payable in Canada or India?
3. Will this help me get the MR for all my family members (including the new born) when I get the MR
4. Where should I send these documents? Which address of NDVO? Is it, Immigration Section - Service de l'Immigration, 7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri PO Box 5209 New Delhi 110021 India.
5. Does anyone think that I should rather wait for NDVO to contact me before sending all of these?

Dear Friends,

I am a NOC 1112, NDVO applicant. received PER on the 12th November. I want to seek opinion of the esteemed forum members and will greatly appreciate your perspective on my questions.

Since I sent my application, there have been following changes to my application.

1. I have renewed my passport and therefore have a new passport now
2. We have been blessed with a child

I am planning to send the updated application forms, documents, proof of funds and additional application fee to NDVO without them specifically asking for all of this. I hope this would help me avoid one extra layer of request and response with the VO. I have already sent a CSE enquiry to NDVO informing them of these changes to my application and asking them what actions do I need to take.

I am planning to send the following pro-actively

1. Updated Generic Application Form
2. Updated Additional Family Info forms
3. Updated Proof of Funds
4. Photographs, birth certificate and passport copy of my newborn
5. Copy of my new passport
6. Updated Fee payment form
7. Additional CAD150 fee
8. PCC
9. A cover letter explaining my situation and documenting all enclosures

My questions are:

Second NDVO FSW 14 PPR and first on forum.

It depends on embassy, usually they take 2 weeks but u can confirm it on FSW 13 forum as u r first NDVO app here.
