App reached date: Aug 13.
NOC: 2281.

What are the expected changes in immigration Rules and Regulation after January through Express Entry

Friend, there will be a drastic change in the whole system. They will imitate both Austrailian and New Zelandean immigration systems in which you have to submit an EOI (Expression of interest) on the immigration website providing all the detalis regarding your job, experience, language abilities, .......etc. after this, they will quickly review your application and enter it in a pool where Canadian employers can see your details and if like it they can recommend processing your application. there will be a minmum sum of points that all applicants have to achieve to be eligible like the current system, but the new system won't be based on first come, first served rule anymore.

I have sent my application(NOC-0111) on 13/11, it is on the way and DHL online tracking system is showing now at Cincinati Hub(USA) and waiting for next destination area Nova Scotia (Canada). May be will deliver on 18/11.

Will I be inside the cap? Thank you everyone for your tremendous support.

gud bro. ur application will b delivered by loomis express DHL's agent in nova scotia. u'll hv to contact DHL customer care to know the person who received the packet at CIO.
