As of now cap is 699 of NOC 2173,
I'm August 25 applicant , can you tell,would my application be within the CAP 1000?
When will I get a reply from CIC?
Advice needed:
worried about the figures, should I wait until December?

As long as the number is based on completeness check, you are definitely in within the 1000 CAP, bcz all August applications have completed the completeness checking. you are safe.

Because my file says Location: ECU-FRR on Oct 9 2014.

ECU; Economic Control Unit, name of the department which issues letters as
as suggested by reviewing officer/department.
FRR : Name/initial of the officer designated for the required purpose.

hi guys I am new to this forum. i want to apply in noc 4212 early childhood category
but I am stuck on ielts I am not able to score 6 in each module every tym I got 5.5 in any one module. now I am wating for my 1 nov exams result also sitting in 20 nov and 6 dec exam all my others docs 100 per cent ready plz tell me that date will extend to jan or feb so I can perpare well for exam. only 28 files accepted in noc 4212 category. plz show me right path thanks

Is it normal to have received the request for Schedule A / Background declaration form to be filled again with MR+PCC?

We had provided last 10 years of details with application. Now we have received request to provide details since the age of 18 for both myself and my wife.

Do I get an email from CIC regarding the CAP or they they simply return the application via post??

They are waiting for confirmation from PMO office regarding date availability of Narendra Modi to inaugrate and issue 1st PPR for NDVO for FSW 2014 and who would be that lucky one to get it from hands of NAMO... 8) 8)

These updates are done till August as they did completeness checks for August and then updated, you are good. Please wait till Dec second week.All the Best!!

Whe are not sure whether all August applications have had completeness check, but it is a good bet.

How we found out: it is the latest know application returned for being incomplete that gives us this information.

Going by the experiences of past applicants, it is after PER.
