Yes, same address as initial application. This won't place your application last in queue. it will remain where it is in queue.

Visa Office: CPC-Ottawa
NOC: 1112

there are few June applicants also whose charges haven't happened and are waiting. Few applications take longer than others. have patience. Write to CIC if you have a doubt after another 15 days

Nopes, its not coz if this would have been a rejection, you would have got your application package back a month back
