1.We did not write our names in native language (urdu) in additional family information form.
2.Do we have to fwd separate Additional family information form for spouse also?

If both things not done... what would be the impact....

despite the number of applicants in July are less than June (according to SS) , the CIC speed remains the same
they seem to need one month to finish every month
it is strange

please help me i want to know i have applied on 11th july and total there were 25 applications on that day from that only 6 have been charged so far can some one tell when what will happen...

It should be signed, that's enough. Notarized copy is needed if only it is originally not in English or French.
