BAD NEWS FOR ME I would like to share,,,,27th applicant,NOC 0311 ,with addendum received 4th September of forgotten copy of educational certificate,

Today i have received a reply from CIO OF AN EMAIL SENT IN 17th September of addendum attachement confirmation,they replied that my file was returned on 30ty October as it is incomplete and they will send it along with explanation letter and they confirmed till now they do not have any additional document listed in their databases although the addendum was received and signed by DAN ON 4th September just after initial file receive with only 9 days.(IAM SHARING TO CONFIRM THAT APPLICATION TILL 27th AUGUST HAVE PASSED COMPLTENESS CHECK))


So,I am waiting my application to be resubmitted again.i reside in Saudi arabia ,,my question is for whome are residing in gulf region ,,,how long does it take to reach my address from CIO ??

Once you submitted the addendum, have you contacted CIO with a request to match it or just asked for status update?

I am really sorry to hear that. Did you labeled your details on your courier package ？I mean if they had to open your package before they knew it's additional documents inside?

I sent my FBI fingerprints on 17th August and I haven't heard anything back yet.
Anybody has a phone number I can call to check FBI PCC status?

You have mentioned that they notified you through email that your file got rejected. Are they doing so for others as well prior to sending it back? something like an NER email?

If you read him correctly, you would notice that he was told of the returned application as a reply to an email he sent to CIC when he sent the additional documents. Email notification of incomplete/returned applications are made only as a reply. Besides, NER are received by email if the application is found complete but not eligible. Hence fees would be charged and the applications would be kept by CIC in case of NER.

Once you are in PPR stage, is it safe to say that your application will be 100% successful?

I have done my medical more than 1 month ago and they have received it at Oct. 8, but till now no news about passport request. Just wondering they did not ask me to submit my updated PCC though I had submitted my expired one along with application. Did it happen with anybody from CPC-O VO?

Hi, sorry to hear of another August applicant received a negative news. But according to him, does CIC email you to notify your file got rejected prior to sending it back?

Actually, he said CIC email was a reply to an inquiry he made in September, so it is not a "voluntary" notification from CIC.

Application returned this year on july 2nd due to CC payment failure
Finally got my PER in 3rd attempt today

I am 7th July applicant. NOC : 2132 and CC encashed on 24/10/2014. I haven't received the PER email. Shall i contact the CIC ? Is there any review between CC and PER ? Please suggest.
