Dear All Experts,

Can anyone have any idea about the FWCanada law firm. Is it a reputable firm and are genuine poeple with immigration law experience.

Because I am in negotiation with them and their charges are USD900 upon contract signing and USD900 upon application submission and USD850 upon call for medical test OR 180-Days whichever comes earlier.

Wow that's pretty expensive. A total of 2650. I don't have an idea about that law firm but with the help of this forum members you can prepare the app all by yourself without any consultant or a lawyer. Most of us did the same way and are ready to help you. My suggestion is to avoid consultants as there were nightmares discussed on this forum about them.

Regarding FBI PCC : Can we directly update the "Complete Applicant Information Form" soft copy itself and take a print out or Do we need to hand written ? Also do we need to keep a Passport copy also along with the application package ? Please help...

If this is the firm/office with the name of two persons. Skip them, I don't recommend them

Hello all,

I really have 2 critical questions, and need to know your opinions:

1- My file has been delivered to CIC at 29/07/2014, so I am expecting my CC to be charged within the next couple of weeks, while my IELTS report expires at 17/11/2014, will that be an issue or they just consider the IELTS expiry date at the date of receipt or the date of completeness check cuz in this case I will be fine?

2- I applied under NOC 1111, and while filling the economic skilled worker form, I answered question 12-a about the primary occupation as "Chief accountant" "1111" instead of "Accountant and financial auditor" "1111", is that going to be an issue putting into consideration that chief accountant is one of the example titles mentioned under NOC 1111?

Hello Seniors,

I left my job on 31st Oct. My company told me that I will get the Relieving letter in a day or two but they are saying that they cannot give me the FnF payslip right now. They said I will get FnF payslip by end of November.

I have to send these docs to NDVO. So can I just send my relieving letter to NDVO along with covering letter... and later when I get FnF payslip I will send that.

Can I do this.... PLease advice.... And should I mention about the delay of FnF payslip in the covering letter...

I was in Ireland from 2007-2012. I am waiting for my medicals now for canada. I got PCC from Ireland through my friend who was there. now my problem is that i submitted that PCC in starting when i submitted my file for Canada on 2nd june 2014 . now its 6 months already gone, do i need to apply pcc again from Ireland.

(Note: i submitted pcc from india as well and from nov 2012 i am permanently living in India.).

what should i do ????

IELTS date is locked when application was received. So it is not an issue.
2- I applied under NOC 1111, and while filling the economic skilled worker form, I answered question 12-a about the primary occupation as "Chief accountant" "1111" instead of "Accountant and financial auditor" "1111", is that going to be an issue putting into consideration that chief accountant is one of the example titles mentioned under NOC 1111? As long as you corrctly written 1111, no issue. So relax for both cases.

Hi All,

I have FBI pcc dated June 2014 that could not be sent along with the application because FBI had taken too much time and I did not want to delay my FSW application.

Last I was in US was in 2007.

I read somewhere that PCC is valid for 12 months. Do you think that my June 2014 FBI pcc will suffice if the PCC is requested before June 2015?
