what should be filled Under dependent (spouse) section of education and occupation current occupation and intended occupation
My wife was working for a bank she has resigned before marriage and now she is not working and nothing has been decided about the job she wants to pursue if FSW goes through.... experts please comment.

Education: master's/bachelor or what ever is applicable for your wife.
Current occupation: Unemployed
Intended Occupation: I suggest not to write Unemployed. You can consider NOC 1114.

1. I had travelled to Qatar for business purpose for 8 days in 2010. I have mentioned this information in supplementary travels form. However, do I need to mention this in section 8 of background / declaration form too ? It is covered under my current employment duration for which I was stationed within my country (India).

2. What to write in 'Status in Country' in background / declaration form for section 8 if I was within my own country ? Should I leave it blank or write 'citizen' ?

3. For the forms that are filled online, is it necessary to write N/A in every box which we could not fill up online after printing them ? (e.g. generic app form)

1. I guess , what you are trying to say is, that when you travelled to Qatar(for Business Trip), you were employed with your company.
if my assumption is correct then you just need to mention it in Supplementary Travel form.
You mention your travel in Background form , only when you were unemployed and travelling.

2. you are right, Citizen.

3. In Generic form, the sections which are not applicable to you, most of them should already be grey .
other sections , you may write N/A or even if you don't write, it does not matter.
for example if this is your first time...UCI should be blank. but even if you write N/A ,
officer will use correction tape and write UCI number.
so does not matter alot here, but in other forms, you must write NONE, NA etc wherever applicable.

No, it is a very clumsy approach. Did you attach this with the form and again provide the experience letter in Experience section? If yes, you will probably get away with this.

I did have the experience letter attached (though not on the back of economic class application form) in the application package.
That's why I referred as please see the attachment.
Hopefully they could get what I meant by looking at the experience letters.

Do you think I should call the parcel back?
