I could observe that few july applicant for NOC 2174 got their cc charged.
was wondering if i do stand a chance now?
I am sept 11 applicant for noc 2174.

Any idea what was the recent cc/dd charged date for 2174.

Sorry but there's no way you're in the cap. If you qualify under another NOC try to apply under that one, or get a job offer or some other method.

Dear Friend My application was received back to me after 5 months, for the reason of non enclosure of the experience certificate.

My employer is not providing the same and more over if provided they will never insert complete above data in letter.

Dear seniors, Please also advice if for any reason i will be able to get the letter then do I need to apply fresh or I can forward the same letter with covering reply to objection raised with previous file documents.

Please advice on urgent basis.

You can get your job reference letter (with nearly 70-80% match) with that of the list of your NOC, described in the website of hrsdc and make it sign to your immediate supervisor or colleague in the office letter pad with stamp. Resend the package again with this new reference letter. Best of luck.

I've no expertise in that.. I quoted the e.g. SOS. Like I mentioned it would be better if you take advise from some physician (or an Immig panel physician - offline) then you can plan it out given the 4-5 months time in your hand.

You must be atleast 63 kgs (a 50% jump from current 43 kgs)) to fall under "Normal" weight category as per IME guidelines!!

Low or high weigh by itself is not grounds for medical inadmissibility. The grounds for medical inadmissibility are very clearly stated. His being underweight won't cost the Canadian health care system anything, it's not dangerous to anyone and it's not a threat to public safety.

Leave this poor fellow alone!

Is PCC from abroad required only if the stay (6 Months criteria) is prior to application received date at CIC ?

Application rec date May28th in CIC & landed in U.S on 1st week of June.

Is it necessary to take PCC from FBI or not rquired ?

You may have to provide PCC after receiving PER in that case.

Will NDVO send any communication to me after receiving my file from CIO ? if yes then what is the expected time period...?
By when NDVO start processing my file ?
Will verification takes place after VO sends communication ?

NDVO will not send any Communication for transfer of file/ AOR. You will come to know only when they send MR and RPRF request.
