Hi Seniors,

I am 25th August applicant for NOC2173,
What will happen to my application if NOC get capped before August,
can you predict the approximate CAP date of NOC 2173,
would my application be within the cap,

Nobody knows when it will be capped. The most reasonable estimates are on the spreadsheet. If your NOC is capped before your file is processed it will be returned to you by post.

Yesterday i read 1st week of June applicant got PER....
and today someone from 1st week of June got his application back.... :-[ :-[

FSW will end on Jan 2015 the moment CIC will launch Express Entry

It clearly says "These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015."

but still we can not predict CIC.

I agree the web site is poorly worded and confusing. However my signature is 100% correct. The Ministerial Instruction that CIC MUST follow explicitly states that FSW will end April 30, 2015 and will overlap with EE until that date.

Ive seen some post here that once CC/DD charged they can see update on eCAS.
My question is how come i cant see anything on eCAS as my CC has been charged, i got UCI as well.

Because it takes time for your file to be uploaded and the system to be updated.

Malwai gr8 to here that you completed ur Medicals....wish you the good luck for same.....I am Basically from Bangalore ....Was up to book a slot in Mohali Max hospitals but slots were full till 29th...can t wait so got it done today.....But one thing I wud like to share....I was expecting ppl @ sps appollo to conversate wid me either in punjabi(which I can to an extent) or english but they were carrying on in hindie I some how felt to be there in Upee ,bihar then in punjab .even i told them in a LIGHTER tone that i wanna go to canada not to Bihar ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D. But they are Quite quick in test...once again Good luck for ur processing and +! for ur Medicals.

I don't know. This was another forum member's application. I don't know the details of what happened.

But for your case, Dr. M, I hope you don't mean that you submitted only one copy of IMM5406, because this is grounds for sure rejection.

no i submitted 2 forms . One signed by me & other signed by my wife but in her form she write details of her family but write my name as applicant not her name
