A month ago, another forum member posted a scan of the rejection letter that he got. And it looked exactly as you have described with exactly the same areas highlighted (including the word "NOTE", and the words "IMPORTANT INFORMATION", and the bullet related to IMM 5406 in the appendix). However, it was commonly assumed by him and by all other forum members that his problem was solely related to IMM5406, or at least this is what everybody thought. It didn't come to anybody's mind that there may have been a problem with his NOC or work experience.

You may try to search this thread for the post of the member I am referring to, and may be contact him. I saved the scans he shared. The timestamp I have for those files is September 30, which can help you locate the post easier.

i also have a mistake as my wife wrote my name as applicant in her form but i didnt send additional as i didnt think it will cause refusal ISA so if can clarify type of mistake?

it is better to add one cover letter for every form or document

Make sure u don't miss any document, follow the sequence on checklist + include checklist and checks which point is applicable to you.

Make sure to put xerox where copies and originals where originals are asked

I don't know. This was another forum member's application. I don't know the details of what happened.

But for your case, Dr. M, I hope you don't mean that you submitted only one copy of IMM5406, because this is grounds for sure rejection.

Dear seniors.

I have query regarding medical.

My height is 185 cm but the weight is only 43 kg.

I also have some eye sight but not physically challenged.

Otherwise I do not have any physical problem.

Does low wait and eye sight will create problem in medical and cause of rejection

Eye sight not a problem at all.

Low weight not a problem either unless it is caused by some serious medical condition. 185 cm and 43 kg???? I wouldn't have thought that possible. Still, it is not a problem.

Ive seen some post here that once CC/DD charged they can see update on eCAS.
My question is how come i cant see anything on eCAS as my CC has been charged, i got UCI as well.
