Dear all, good day.

I am new here and need an urgent feedback.

I applied for my ECA at WES on April 26, 2014 and my assessment is done and report is on its way. erroneously i choose general ECA not the FSW one. I came to understand this issue yesterday, when i find my friend has paid more than what i paid. Now, there is an option where i can request for a FSW ECA, where WES will send me a duplicate of my report to be sent to CIC and also enable my report in the web view for CIC. i will do this today. My question is, if I send my first report to CIC (not the duplicate one), will there be any issue? because the duplicate report will reach later than the first report. experts please suggest....

You will have to be patient for WES to complete your ECA using FSW ECA platform because that is what ks acceptable.
Don't put your application in risk or jeopardy by sending a wrong and un-acceptable ECA.
Patience is all you need.......please wait.

one more thing.. i am confused about the setlement amount as it is mentioned different person differently.

And these educational documents can just be black n white/color copies or also have to be further attested as true copies by a notary!?

My ECA is for FSW so I'm not too sure of the difference btw both.
Remember that WES was accredited to do this FSW ECA for applicants.....so I'm sure there will be recognizable difference between both.
My conclusion even though i havnt discover it,is that there will be difference.the FSW ECA will also be accessible to cic while ordinary enemies not accessible.
Like i advise........please wait and send the right ECA FSW with ur application.

as a rule of thumb,CIC assesses you application with the data you provide at the date of the your application reached to CIC.Then their will be difference in your ECA provided and view able.I think CIC not accepts any docs other than the PCC after sending complete package.So I agree with Collins they stick to the rule and do robotic comparision of the content.Wait if you have a time(Cap)otherwise it depends purely on your luck.

YES. You need to photocopy (xeror-black and white) all your education mark sheet and passing certificates and get those notarised. So 10th , 12th and all mark sheets till your final year mark sheet and all passing certificates..
(You need to send this in application to CIC)

You also need to get your WES certification separately done, for which you again need either transcripts OR Marksheets photocopied and stamped-singed-dated by Institution examination controller or Registrar. There is a separate form given by WES having two sections one for your institution to fill. These mark sheets need to be submitted in your university envelope to WES by the institution.

You only need to certify/notorize them if the originals were not in English as you must have translated them.......that's when you need to notorize them.
If the originals are in English ,photocopy whether white or colored is what needs to accompany your application package.
