Hello All,

I have a query regarding demand draft payment.

While filling section A in the fee payment form, should I write Payee's name(if other than the applicant) as the name of the bank as my name is not mentioned anywhere on the bank draft.

Also, advice if anything else has to be written on the backside of the bank draft.

If you paying for Bank Draft leave it Blank.
On bank draft, you name is not there. But there is no need to write anything in the bank draft.
There is no guideline to write anything on Bank Draft, I would suggest leave it blank.

Yes u can. Use like skype, cheaper as you have to wait for longer periods in the voice queue.
Call exactly at 0629PM india time. They open the lines at 0630PM India time. So, you can get through easily.

Should I just mention major study period, job 1, job 2 and that's how whole time should be covered without any gap, or do I need to mention small 4/5 days vacation I went for in different countries as well! :/
In the travel information all the travels I already have mentioned..

My CC charged 14th May, yesterday, and waiting for the PER.

Just saw that 30 th April 2013 fsw applicant got CC charged on 14 the.. So brace yourselves guys..

I called several times to their phone number +1-416-972-0070 but no one receive my call.

after a while its ringing to the customer care but no one receive the call.

I already posted several questions and queries to their portal but no answer.

Dont know how to communicate with them?

I badly needed to communicate with WES.

Phone number is correct. You need to be patient. It can take hours to go to customer service officer.
Call at exactly 0900Hrs Eastern Time( convert that into your local time), you can get through faster.

Dear seniors, please advice regarding the completion of Form IMM5406

In my IMM5406 form I have my name under "Applicant" - because I am the principal applicant.
In my wife's form I am the Applicant and she is the common-law partner or she is the Applicant and I am the common law partner.

For me it is a little bit confusing because I don't understand if Applicant means the person who completes the file, or the Principal Applicant in the immigration process.

Yes for completeness. But u need to have your bachelors or masters assessed by ECA to get points.

Guys I sent an email to hrsdc in Canada to verify my noc code. Can I print out the email and write a cover letter to make sure the immigration officer will process me under that one because a friend of mine applied last year and her application was returned as not fitting the code and want to make sure mine does not get sent back as my duties were hard to fit into any one code.

Did u get the email response from HSRDC? Is so, can you share it here to advise further?

What exactly is your issue with WES?

2May they changed the status "waiting for the verification from institution". but my varsity didnt get any request from WES. one of my seniors applied 2 days later to ICAS,his varification completed from the university last week. he also applied by 216$. but ihav 316$ for express. alls are on vain now.

I am only getting my MSc degree assessed by WES. Will I still have to send copies of my bachelors degree to CIC in my application package!?

I have entered all my primary/secondary and post secondary qualifications in one of the forms though.

I have gone through the link. in point 7 it's saying "Part-time work may be accepted. Applicants can count part-time work experience towards their work experience requirement. This work must be paid, continuous, and must take place within ten years of the date of application"

I am working in private firm for last 4 years. first four month I was a part time employee though work was fully paid, continuous and certainly it's within the last 10 years criteria.

My question is for the work experience should I expect the point for 4 year (4 month part time+ 3 year, 8 month full time) or I should just expect 11 point for 3 year (actually 3 year 8 months)!

making me confused :/

All as in even the 10th & 12th grade transcripts and passing certificates!?

And these educational documents can just be black n white/color copies or also have to be further attested as true copies by a notary!?
