8) If someone can answer this one, how likely is it for CIO to refuse an application because of insufficient evidence of required duties performed on job description on emp ref letter AFTER charging CC?

And if CIO issues PER, is it possible for VO to refuse app on the basis of insufficient evidence of required job duties performed on emp ref letter?

Very remote Jaxon, case getting rejected because of lack of JD match. If you see some of the rejected files, they were return for JDs mismatch, before the charge.

However, we have seen one case this year when Local VO has asked for clarification/further document explaining JDs in detailed. But, they have communicated this to the applicant and given him time to come back, they didnt reject the case.

So, you are 99.99% safe. Now, put your wrong side of the brain to rest and enjoy your wait for PER

I have done medicals and according to the hospital they send the medical report online on 10/10/2014. I sent attested medical forms, RPRF DD, PCC and it delivered today (as per DTDC courier status). How much time require to change the status to medical received in ECAS.

I think it might reflect in week or so. But anyways you don;t have to worry now. Passport request is something you should look for now! Congratulations!

My question is regarding to the additional family details. In this form do I have to mention about my parents and sister (Married) and for my wife, does she need to mention her parents, brother and sister-in-law?

Please guide.

Please mention direct blood relation for yourself and your spouse, e.g: Father, mother, sister, brother, etc,this will help you sponsor them in the future. Good to mention Brother in law and Sister in law, but not required.

what if i did this mistake, on both the form i have mentioned my name as applicant, but the forms are signed individually by me and my spouse i.e. on one form i signed and filled my family details and on another my spouse signed and filled her family details..

don't give me a shock !!!!

I guess you are fine. They might cross verify details mentioned in the other forms and documents. you are 99% safe.

Bro in my opinion once your file is transfered to vo they will give you ample opportunity to prove if something is not as per the requirement or if the visa oficer neess more proofs or clarification. They wont reject straight way.
