Guys,

I understand that additional family information should be filled by both applicant and spouse. I am the principal applicant in the process.However, I am lost while helping my wife fill her form. So, please let me know how does it work for each section A
who will be the applicant me or my wife? and whose name should be printed in spouse section.

Help will be highly appreciated.

You have to fill two.forms
One for yourself...in this form fill your name in applicant column nd spouse name in spouse column(signed by you)

In second form fill your spouse name as applicant nd yours name as spouse(signed by your wife)

I have a little query listed below.

I have received PER last week only.
My wife is working and the information is clearly provided in application forms.
But as of now her 1 year contract is about to finish this month and she does not want to continue her present job.
should this effect background check of my application ?
Do VO background check details of spouse ?

It won't effect if you are a primary applicant.

We are all set to send application today, but am so worried that we might miss something!!! I am bringing up all my courage to step out to courier the set.

One last clarification : Do we need to send visa papers? My wife traveled to UAE on business visit. It was paper based visa.. she missed those papers somewhere as the visa expired 5 years back. Do we need to attach visa papers? Please clarify. For our child, we attached birth certificate and passport.. any thing else needed? like discharge summary, affidavit etc?

No dear no need to send visa papers..
Birth certificate nd passport is enough..
Before courier have a re check to confirm there in no mistake...

I ll approach my previous employer to provide me reference letter, and if they dont, i already have the appoitment letter and relieving letters form all organizations. I ll attach that in case i cant manage to get the reference letter from previous companies.

That is the best way to do it. Very good advice. +1 to you for that.

I have done medicals and according to the hospital they send the medical report online on 10/10/2014. I sent attested medical forms, RPRF DD, PCC and it delivered today (as per DTDC courier status). How much time require to change the status to medical received in ECAS.

8) If someone can answer this one, how likely is it for CIO to refuse an application because of insufficient evidence of required duties performed on job description on emp ref letter AFTER charging CC?

And if CIO issues PER, is it possible for VO to refuse app on the basis of insufficient evidence of required job duties performed on emp ref letter?

:'( I know probably I am being unnecessarily being paranoid, and thinking about exceptional circumstances and worst case scenarios but that's how my mind functions! ??? It still doesn't believe that CIO has not returned my file yet! ;D ;D
