How many days does the NDVO gives for submitting MR, RPRF & PCC..I am struggling to get PCC as I have address proof issues..Just on the safer side to know...Please let me know..My PER date is September 9th.

Hello everyone all over again.

Finally the PER mail has come.

Occupation: 1123
Application received: 09th June
CC charged: 26th Sep
PER mail: 04th Oct

Now pls confirm how do I check my status in ECAS because I have attempted 2 times and it is showing invalid. Whereas I am submitting like this: identification type: UCI--> Application No. As given by CIC. Surname: Blank(as per my passport it is blank), DOB, Place of birth.

Pls correct/guide.

Hi Seniors!!

I finally managed to dispatch my documents but have a question.

My spouse was denied the dependant visa when I was in UK. The reason was insufficient documents. She subsequently re-applied and was granted a visa. I have mentioned all this in schedule a for my spouse. I also attached the visa refusal letter as evidence. However, i just realized that I have attached only 1 page of the 2 page refusal letter. I am not sure what bearing this will have on the application as this letter was not specifically asked for, I attached it as an additional proof.

Can anyone please shed light on this issue? Do I need to be worried? Should I send out both pages of the refusal letter again and hope they match it?

Any guidance will be much appreciated.

my spouse was also denied student dependent to UK due to a missing document.He reapplied after few days and was granted visa. He was in UK for 4 years and we came back ti INDIA on expiry of visa. I have mentioned this fact in the application,but I have misplaced the refusal letter and did not enclose the same. Please advise if this will have a negative bearing on my application.

It means that the ECA report lost, or your education credential is not equiv. as they require for your NOC code. Before re-apply go through the guide 7000 and ensure that you are on right track. You may send salary stub but need not to send form-16 or IT returns. GOOD LUCK.

please do not misguide others .Try to understand the reason of rejection as mentioned before replying on the forum.

PER on 11th August,
ECAS: 2 line updated on 24th September
MR Mail - Oct 2nd.
RPRF & PCC .... to follow

What is happening to my application. Received by CIC on june 4th and still my DD is not encashed. is it rejected. If yes when can i get my application back.

I was really frustrated and really i put lot of hopes on mu application and think my consultancy is bad.
