Hello,

I have submitted my application on 1st week of September without PCC. However I already got PCC from India, and need to
get another from USA. I would like to know when I should start my process to obtain the PCC from USA? shall I wait until I hear from CIC regarding my application?

What is the process to obtain PCC from USA?

Please advise!!!

Hi all,

I want your urgent help here.CIC sent me my file yesterday (i'm a 19th of june applicant for 2174) because I missed sending the original copy of my bachelor degree certificate. I only sent the WES certificate.
What shall I do exactly ?? If I sent it once more, am I going to start from the beginning and they will deal with me as a new applicant ??

Do you mean you received the whole application back in Mail? Also, You are required to send a Photocopy of Marksheets and Degree Certificates - No Originals. I have read from someone on this forum that when you resend your application attach a copy of the rejection letter and they may process your application. Again, there is no way of confirming this.

I was working with a cmpany in design feild from 2010 to 2012, which is now closed due to some legal issues with GOVT OF INDIA. Now I am working in different company from last 2.5 years.

How my VO will look upon my working experience between 2010 to 2012. Because there office is closed as well.

I am a little confused about it.

There is no negative effect to you because your company is closed, even if the company had legal problems, unless you were somehow part of the cause of the legal problems! But the issue is whether you can get a reference letter. As there is no longer any company and no letterhead you will have to get a personal letter from a supervisor or someone else who knew your duties. Make sure they state their basis for knowing your duties.

I think he only sent the WES report, he didn't send even a copy of the certificate

First of all Congratulations on receiving PER, it is like 50% of process is completed. Now, your application will be sent to the Visa Office you have selected on your application form. Processing times varies for different VOs. You may or may not get an Acknowledgement e-mail about your application being received at VO. You should expect to receive a Medical Request, PCC (if not sent with original application) and Right to Permanent Residence Fee request. Again, processing times may vary. Good Luck!!

I think we don't have to submit the original copy of degree certificate, only need to send original WES report.

You are required to send original WES ECA report and Photocopies of Mark Sheets and Degree Certificates (not necessarily notarized).

Guys I'm confused and need support with regards to additional family info form. I understand it has to be filled by "Principal" applicant and "Spouse" but how?

Principal Applicant = A
Spouse = B

First Form Second Form

A as Applicant B as Applicant
B as Spouse A as Spouse
A's Mother B's Mother
A's Father B's Father
A's Children B's Children
A's Brothers & Sisters B's Brothers & Sisters

Yes they send me the whole package by mail.
I don't know exactly if they need the original or a certified one. I have both and I can send them both but how can I do that and what should write on the envelope in order to consider as a pretty sent app not a new one. Should I contact someone there is to guide me.
