Dear All,... I sent my FSW application on 21. July but chose the wrong visa office instead of London.... No response as of yet... Any idea if I can remedy that ...is it definite that my application would be returned...please suggest. My FSW is 3111.

As per the new trends the hot NOCs have taken a little rest for now so.. You will likely get per by November 1st week and then depending on vo u will get mr by 45 days as of now in same pace scenario ;D

what about 2281 if filed by october end say 30th or 31st october

From what I have read on this forum is, this is not a cause for rejection. At the most they will send your application to the correct visa office and notify you. Nothing to worry about. Cheers!

Its great to see 5th June and 6th June apps getting PER today..... Smiley Smiley I am 9th June DD applicant I checked with my bank today they said its still outstanding..... When the 9th June DD's will get encashed???

Received PER about 10 minutes back.

Payment mode was DD (HDFC). As per the email payment date is 23 Sep, 2014. I suppose bank would reply back with the actual date on which DD was drawn, 25-26 Sep.

GUys, just a quick question. I would like to raise this question again as it is continuously bothering me. How serious is skipping a year and a half in your Personal History in Background Declaration Form due to oversight?
Will it cause outright rejection by CIC? I feel officially feel that my application is jeopardized.

This is only my personal opinion and it's not based in any knowledge of your specific case.
I know CIO and VO are very very strict about gaps in time, but refusing an application for missing a year I don't think it would happen. The thing I'm pretty sure is if they accept your application you will be requested to update your docs. Again, just my personal opinion. Good luck!

2. 1250 amount deduction is in USD which is equivalent to CAD1400

3. Suggest you to get it from FBI.

This is a great forum, appriciate help of senior's for replying to queries.
My Credit Card got charged yesterday.

Application Received - 12th June
Credit Card Charged - 30th Sept
NOC - 2174

But I have one question that I applied for myself, my spouse and 2 kids. So the total CAd is 1400, but they deducted only 1258. I dont know why? if you guys have any Idea then please let me know.

Also regarding PCC I'm from India and currently studying in US, So should I apply for PCC in Indian Embassy at Washington DC or do I have to follow up with FBI in US. The reason I'm asking is because if you check the CIC website they say for Non Resident we have to contact Indian Embassy for PCC and the wait time is only 10 Business days. Please advise. Your help is greatly Appriciated.

I received my PER on 13th Aug and since that time i do not see except one line in my ECAS !!!!

I see 14,15 May LVO applicants who already received MR ,,,,, is that normal !

My VO is LVO, my app reached cio on 8-May-2014

Any advice. !
