Hi - My application reached CIC on 12th June and i have given credit card as my mode of payment. today i have received a message from ICICI stating that my existing credit card will be replaced in next 30 days with a new card with security chip as per RBI guidelines. i am just scared that if card is replaced before CIC is deducting the account then my transaction will be declined. did anyone got a similar message from ICICI today? please share your thoughts.

Hi,

I got a similar message from ICICI bank. My App received date is 9th June. I already have a chip CC, and think this message is irrelevant. I am going to call the bank and confirm. Which bank's CC are you using and did you call their customer service.

Also, i am guessing since the CC number wont change there shouldnt be a problem, but not sure.

Nothing as such..only urine and blood samples (for cancer and aids) and chest (for lungs) and general check up.

Relax and make merry...Don't forget to take cell no. of the NURSE.. 8)

Seniors please help....

I have first sent my file for 2174 on May 12th and my file got returned becz I have missed supplementary travel form
Again I reapplied for NOC 2173 and my file reached by Aug 18th. Now I am bit worried abt the cap update for 2173. I felt i wont make into the cap of 1000.
Shall I prepare one more file for 2172 and send it across. My employer is ready to give Roles and Responsibilities as I did most of the work related to all 3 noc's 2174, 2173, and 2172.
If i reapply for another NOC say 2172 whether CIC will ban me saying how can I apply my changing the NOC code and Roles and Responsibility letter?

Please advice

i don;t think you have to be in que again as long as you submit the letter given by CIO

Aids probably but blood test not a reliable diagnosis for cancer.

Sorry to hear the bad news... when did CIC received your application?

I hope you can make it within the CAP if resend with revised reference letters...

My Application was received on May 12 and turned back on July 17.
