My application reached to CIO today.

Well, this is not big news I know.

But, my first application on May 7 was rejected due to insufficient points. The only way to reach 67 was to get highest scores from IELTS.

Instead of IELTS, I sat for the CELPIP exam during my visit to Toronto couple of weeks ago for my sons University residence move in, and get the scores I need. And, just before 7 days my son turn to 19 (which is the age limit to be dependent child), my application reached to CIO.

That's why this is a remarkable moment for me. I hope this time I will make it.

If you didn't save the link for editing your entry, just freshly enter all the info again. The old one will be deleted by admin.

If you cannot attained it from your company, then you can use from client along with cover letter that will explain why you can't get it from your HR or supervisor.

Also you can try with some senior in your company with whom you got trusted relationship or may be from a colleague.

Thanks.. I can get it from collegue but on plain paper with his buisiness card( has home country's contact info but he is also woking at USA at client site with me). will that work ?
should i put additional client letter to confirm the same or not worthwhile to duplicate the content from both side?

But is there a way to edit my current entry?

To do that you should have saved a link that you get after entering your info the first time. If you don't have that link, you either have to enter a fresh entry or ask the admin to do so for you.

Hi Binuky,

Your situation is exactly like mine. I am not getting why NDVO is taking so much time to send MR request ? I believe they are very strict regarding any financial NOC. Verifying the backgrounds very strictly. But at the end we can't do anything but to wait. hopefully by next week we will receive that golden email from NDVO.

My post about NDVO. Some of us PER in july. Our ECAs status updated a week back as we started processing of your application on xx xx xxxx. But no MR. But Aug 19 th PER holder also got MR.

Yes, that will work. But add a cover letter why letter head cannot be attained and why not get it by HR or supervisor. Adding additional client letter won't harm you if not assist you.
