I have recently got PCC for Swiss travel. They have given hard copy as well as my passport...But hard copy clearly states that it is for Swiss..I am wondering, do i need to get it for Canada separately..As I am travelling to swiss in next two days..

Today I got email from LVO asking to pay fees for the PR and submit PCC & Medical. Looks like LVO is processing very fast as the time duration between the processing start date and MR request date is 4 working days.

Hello Seniors,

Will anyone be able to guide me on the Medical Examination Conducted. I would highly appreciate your inputs on what all tests are done and if possible the threshold of pass/fail in each test? I was thinking of getting these tests done first from outside and then according to the results, then go to the registered panel physician... should I?

Hi all,

I have sent my FSW application dated 4th sep'14 which should have reached CIO-NS by 10th sep.

My query is: On Schedule A, page number 4, I have put my signature but unfortunately I missed writing the date (i know its a real silly mistake and i cant stop beating myself up for this blunder). Sad :-[

Apart from this all things in the forms are mentioned correctly. Will this cause my application to be returned? or it will be okay?

my question is regarding Reference Letter...

I have applied under 1113 securities dealer and Agents


my letter is from my stock broker which is Angel Broking Pvt Ltd

instead of mentioning my duties on Reference letter they have mentioned that i am working as
Authorised person

I sent them the email to mention job duties but they said that letter can be used for any legal use....

the copy of email i have attached with the application and also gave the contact number of head office
where they(CIO) can check about my duties....

Secondly

National stock stock has given following defination of Authorized person which i mentioned to CIO

Circular No. 702, Download Ref no. NSE/MEMB/13429 dated November 9, 2009 , an Authorised Person is ‘Any person, individual, partnership firm, LLP or body corporate, who is appointed as such by a Stock Broker (including Trading Member) and who provides access to trading platform of a Stock Exchange as an agent of the Stock Broker'

We've already told you so many times, it's NOT ACCEPTABLE. you must have a description of your actual duties you performed at your job given by someone other than you who was in a position to know what those duties were. EVERY other applicant who has ever been successful in this program has given this. You think you are going to be the special one who will be accepted without fulfilling the requirements? You won't.

Do you think asking over and over hoping to get the answer you want to hear from this forum will increase your chances with CIC? It won't.

If you enjoy wasting time and money, go ahead and apply with what you have. If you want to immigrate to Canada, meet the basic requirements like everyone else.
