was just looking around how Visa actually looks like ;D
And found few images. like this

Here number of entries is 1 and its an immgrant visa, also same applies to visitor visa. Only under student visa I found multiple as number of entries.

Guys if you can elaborate on this.

I recieved this from local VO:

Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination This must be received at this office by: 2014/10/26
 RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee This must be received at this office by: 2014/10/26
 Recent Indian original police clearance certificate for your spouse This must be received at this office by: 2014/10/26

So I believe it is infact time for me to pay RPRF.

Thank you everyone for the support. We have sent the application on 5th and it reached yesterday. I made the payment through DD. Just asking out of curiousity...how long would it take to get the PER in my case ?

This is my first post and firstly, great job that you guys are helping each other!!!

I wish to share that I am a may 22nd DD applicant (NOC 2171) and I received PER on 10th Sep 2014 at 9:21 pm.

This forum has provided great moral support during my wait time.

Thank you one and all, esp Century, Asif_eee!!!

I hope/wish and pray that everyone receives PER at the earliest.

Trying my best and working out small chinks everyday listening to great people here ..

Our cases are similar, however, I have opted my WES report to be mailed to my sister in toronto .. I am planning to send all my documents to her all organized by 20th september .. then when WES report comes, she will just append that and forward it to Nova Scotia .. I think you should use your brother as well..

Also I hope you have read earlier, if you are getting it couriered to India, then definitely opt for tracked delivery ..

You applying to 2171 as well? I'm worried sick about the timeline - I just hope I make it through, even I'm the 999th approved application ;D

Could you tell me how you changed the mailing address? I had put my India address during application.
Can I actually ask for 2 copies for me and 1 copy to be sent to my brother in Canada? Do they do that? I'm ready to pay up...

And yes, I've opted for tracked delivery; actually I'm even ready to pay extra in case they can expedite the process! As Russell Peters says, "Just take it, and GO!!"

I got degree evaluation from ICAS that is equivalent to bachelors degree 4 years in engineering. How many points will I get for that is it 22 or 21.
