Is CIC done with May 21? Is there any chance for May 21th applicant? Because some of May 22nd applicant are already charged.

Are we supposed to send ORIGINAL reference letters or just a copy of it ?

I am planning to apply in two NOC categories, can I simply take a copy of my ORIGINAL REFERENCE LETTER and attach it with application?

Kind of both are correct,
my buddy @ spicy says is also correct, as many ppl hv sent copies, but ORIGINALS makes NO questions left in VO/CIC mind, instead of coming back and forth, better do it now, what if they ask at later stage ? anyways u will hv to send...SAVES SOME TIME

For PCC also now you have to take appointment at PSK. I got my PCC from Delhi ITO PSK, it was a walk-in app and no appointment was required. If the address on PP is same as your current address, one gets PCC in 2-3 hours. No appointment is required for PCC even in Gurgaon and Shalimar Place PSKs

Check for the current running application date at your local PSK. It might be near 10th October, so fix appointment now. For PCC, you don't need appointment and you can get it same day, if your present residence is same as the one in passport.
