Hi Guys,

I really need advise on filling new IMM0008 Schedule 3 form. I will be sending my application in couple of day but just messed up for how to fill the section 12 (b) - Work Experience which is revised in August 2014 new form.

I have total 7 years of experience considering job title is different in all the organizations I worked. I have total 5 companies and out of which, two companies having experience less than an year.

Also, when i got to new form and just put the cursor on the box without clicking, there is a Pop up against each box.

Example for 1 Year - Pop up showing CHECK BOX : Less than 1 Year
2 to 3 years - Pop up showing CHECK Box : 1 year but less than 2
4 to 5 years - Pop up showing CHECK Box : 2 years but less than 3
6 years or more - Pop up showing CHECK Box : 3 years but less than 4

Should i follow the instruction highlighting in Pop up against each box or check based on the years interval as mentioned against each box. If i follow the later way to fill the form, what should i do for the experience less than 1 year.

I was under impression that My file reached was on May 19th, My consultant gave me a wrong update. Thanks to the friends who updated me that May 19th CIC was closed. However I took the tracking number from the consultant and My file reached date is May 20th NOC 1112. My CC is yet to be charged, Is CIC still charging 16th May..I saw a post says CIC will start 21st May this week... Is it over for me?? Please help

They just started 20th May . They are charging former dates as well.

Thanks . It is little bit confusing , I supposed to send my application on 21st August , while checking finally all form dates and details suddenly I found that Economic Schedule form changed ( It was 08-2013 ) , and I print new copy with new form ( 08-2014 ) and sent on 22nd already CIO received yesterday . Though I changed but I think it is not major problem at all , New form and Old form changed just 12 # work experience year of experience 04 years to 06 years ROW .

In my case, I used the old schedule 3 form and sent it on 19 August and reached CIO on 22 August, while Schedule 3 form was updated on 20 August. CIO staff won't open my application package until 3 month time, do u think they will reject my application for using the old version? I don't think so. I believe CIO staff will give some buffer for August applicants for this update done on August.

what I understand from the comment is that they did physical verification and
found against what he mentioned in his application

FSW closes April 2015, so your application will still fall under FSW 2014. this means you can still send your application in April 2015 and qualify uder Federal Skilled Workers 2014...

So why they declared that the new system will be effective on Jan 2015 ?

Please help!
There is no mention of my father's name in any of my certificates/documents (including the passport). All my documents have got only his first name and the middle name. e.g. Ram Singh, where Ram would be his first name and Singh would be the middle name. Now, I am filling up the form IMM 5669E. In the question no. 4, what should I do with his Family name? Should I mention his family name, even if it's not mentioned in my passport? Or should I go as per my passport leaving the Family name blank or write N/A in the Box?
