FSW closes April 2015, so your application will still fall under FSW 2014. this means you can still send your application in April 2015 and qualify uder Federal Skilled Workers 2014...

No I doubt that. As far as I know there wont be paper applications any more

Guys, I have sent my documents 2 days ago but i had printed the forms before the schedule 3 was updated.

Should i send the updated form now? if yes then what else should i include in the envelope? A covering letter and? how would they match it with my application

It's fine you used the old version, do not need to send again.

I dont know why they have asked for this copy....Since CIC can verify ECA by online...

Anyway u may asked what is the reason for this request.....But what I think u can order for this duplicate report in order to avoid any confusion....Since the recipient is CIC himself....

Am getting a little worried...I ordered the report online but it doesn't mention CIC as recipient anywhere...when I click on add recipients it just says immigration lawyer or others....so I didn't select any of these and jus mdd the payment. Is that the right way? Will my report go to CIC even if I have not selected them as recipient??

Pls reply...am getting tensed.

In my case, I used the old schedule 3 form and sent it on 19 August and reached CIO on 22 August, while Schedule 3 form was updated on 20 August. CIO staff won't open my application package until 3 month time, do u think they will reject my application for using the old version? I don't think so. I believe CIO staff will give some buffer for August applicants for this update done on August.

Hi Guys,

I really need advise on filling new IMM0008 Schedule 3 form. I will be sending my application in couple of day but just messed up for how to fill the section 12 (b) - Work Experience which is revised in August 2014 new form.

I have total 7 years of experience considering job title is different in all the organizations I worked. I have total 5 companies and out of which, two companies having experience less than an year.

Also, when i got to new form and just put the cursor on the box without clicking, there is a Pop up against each box.

Example for 1 Year - Pop up showing CHECK BOX : Less than 1 Year
2 to 3 years - Pop up showing CHECK Box : 1 year but less than 2
4 to 5 years - Pop up showing CHECK Box : 2 years but less than 3
6 years or more - Pop up showing CHECK Box : 3 years but less than 4

Should i follow the instruction highlighting in Pop up against each box or check based on the years interval as mentioned against each box. If i follow the later way to fill the form, what should i do for the experience less than 1 year.

Actually I think the new form is very confusing....anyway, do let us know if you get a reply from CIC regarding this matter, see if they are giving buffer for August applicants.
