In my opinion, I don't believe they randomly process the remaining applications, but rather process all applications for that date, and then close the cap and reject all subsequent dates, even if it means more than the established cap. At least, that's what makes more sense to me. But I could be wrong. Did the forum members from last year see two applications from the same NOC and the same date have one receive PER and the other be rejected because of the cap? This would definitely disprove my hypothesis.

Your opinion is wrong. They will not go over the cap even by 1. Last year when the cap was reached some applications from that day were processed and some were not. It was not a matter of time of arrival as courier services deliver differently and no order can be established. There must have been some random method for determining which lucky ones were the last few.

Hi we have already sent details of our medical results and we are now awaiting passport requests for issue of the Visa however one of us has just got a new passport. Do I need to inform LVO about my new passport?

Hello Friends, I need your help please ..

I've booked for IELTS test on October, other than that all my documents and papers are ready.

I'm not afraid that my NOC reach cap because there are only 2 people or 3 applied in this NOC til now, but I'm afraid that the Overall cap will be reached by the end of October, is that possible ?? Can the overall cap ( 25,000 Application ) be reached by the end of October? will I make it or not if I send my documents by the end of October ??

I need your advice please.. specially experts advice

Not to worry. Some hot NOCs may fill up by then, but no way the overall cap will be reached by then. It's unlikely the overall cap will be reached even by the last day of the program April 30, 2015. Last year the overall cap was not reached even though hot NOCs reached their caps quickly.

You can land anywhere you like except in Quebec. After landing and getting your PR card you can go anywhere you want.
