Some people from your country have been successful with this....Atleast from my experience with 2013 FSW applicants.
You should also know some have not been successful.My candid advice is for you to try if you can raise a draft ......it's sure there won't be problem provided all other factors are satisfied.
My personal experience last year has made me conclude not to trust credit card.
I used mine for ECA evaluation on WES website and it was successful.I had confidence to use it for my application........but my application was returned back because of payment issues.
It's your choice......but I'm sure DD won't have problem..........CC may have issues nd it may be fine too.

Actually i have sent my application with credit card details as many banks out here were taking 2-3 days to prepare DD.
Thought of asking it here incase i need to make some pre-setup.
It would be very painful to see ur application returning because of CC issues.
Nothing much can't be done now other than being hopeful...

Thanks collins for replying me about telecom engineering post. I am 28 years old and get 5 years of experience purely in wireless mobile services in Ericsson and Huawei . I am searching for relative NOC category, if you can share any link i will be thankful.

I'm sure you will have maximum point with your age distribution....and also your experience years(with 6 years,you have maximum points but with 5,you have a point less which is no problem),you are fine.
Please check this link and see if you have any NOC that relates to you (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp).....it goes further than checking the link as you have to make sure your Job descriptions fit into canadian NOC given.
After checking your related NOC from the links above,try to check if you Job descriptions matches the NOC from this link(http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/SearchComplex.aspx).
Once you can be sure of it...you are good to go.

Why would you say that ?

IELTS needs to be valid (taken in the last 2 years) on the date our application reaches CIC!

He gave the advice because it seems the applicant making the enquiry is yet to send his application......Its also better to err on the side of caution.

I searched about rejection reasons in that topic and found that the two most main rejection reasons are:
1. Job responsibilities do not match the NOC code applied for.
2. Missing signature on forms.

Here is the full list for you (from the spreadsheet):

• Incomplete Application, educational documents not submitted with ECA. IELTS was older than 2 year at the time of submission but applicant claimed expiry was 9th July.
• Used old Schedule 3 form
• Self Attested duties rejected by CIC, Reapplied on 6th Sep
• Insufficient Work Experience Proof
• Sent Photocopy of ECA report instead of original
• Submitted old Schedule 3 Form, Reapplied on 10/9/2013
• Did not meet the requirements of Regulation 10 of IRPA
• Did not mention "VISA office name" in Generic Form and did not submit Additional Family information Form

• Incomplete Application ( waiting for mail from CIC to know what exactly is missing)

• Birth Certificate issued by High Commission of India in Mauritius not accepted by CIC
• Incomplete IMM5562 Travels Form and CIC need a letter from the user's employer for his duties (He had provided self signed letter as his HR was not issuing letter with all job duties)

• Used old Schedule 3 form, Reapplied on 9/6/2013
• Incomplete reference letter and missing duties
• User had a job offer letter but did not have HRSDC approval
• Failed to prove 67 points, got 66 points instead, failed to claim work experience points by not attaching duties for 2 years
• Resubmitted the Application on 10/11/2013, Previous application was returned due to incomplete reference letter
• Job experience mismatch with NOC, reapplied on 10/2/2013
• Incomplete Application (waiting for Package)
• Obtained insufficient points to qualify for immigration to Canada, 65 points
• Incomplete IM0008 form, Page 2 Missing ( Reapplied on 9/11/2013)
• Submitted Old Schedule 3 Form (Reapplied on 9/25/2013)
• Did not have mother and father name in birth proof ( school leaving certificate in his case)
• File returned due to TWO NOC Code mentioned in section 12.a of Schedule 3 form

• File returned on 2 feb 2014. Credit card payment declined
• Credit Card Failed after several tries

I have a query about Police clearance. When I applied for immigration in 2013, I got FBI clearance on July end 2013. I left US in Sept.end and since then I have been in India. Do I now need new FBI clearance or just India clearance.

My application was rejected because of Job responsibilities were not mentioned in previous employer's experience certificate..!!

you are right! It has to be valid in the time they process it!

It is clearly mentioned that it has to be valid at the time they receive the file.

I suggested so that u can be on safe side and 100% confident or else all that time u will keep on biting ur nails thinking whether they will accept ur application or not
believe me I have been there last time and its not pretty as kollins said its a gamble so ur call
