Agree with you.+1 for that. But it is a fact that no matter wherever you go, you initially you have to go through hardship, and by initially I mean minimum 2-3 years for sure. If we start discussing this issues it is going to be a never ending debate.

P.S.:

Before coming to Canada: Canada is my Dream land.

After few months of coming to Canada: My home country is my dream land.

Noticed big jump in cap reached nos as 18 aug vs 12 aug update, especially for 1112 Financial and investment analysts which got jumped from 197 last week 292 this week, payment charge is still of 14 May

Worried if I will be in Cap ??? June 2nd applicant

I got PER on 18 Aug, and my visa office is New delhi. Now can anyone tell me when my file get transfer to NDVO, and

Will I received any Email from NDVO and ECAS status would change ? How do I come to know about tranfer take place?

Additional Queries:

1) I have 67/100 points and my wife about to give IELTS next month , date sloted. Hence, should I sent her original TRF to them next month , Does it worth for final point calcultion ? : : :

2) I want to change my wife passport ( Surname & Address due course of our marriage ), as we got married 6 months back. So when Should I initiate that process ?

that's what i'm trying to tell you... and i think everyone here is aware of the situation here... i just dont want anyone of you will be disappointed after 1-4 years after you landed here... there are so many Landed Immigrants here who are going back to their country because of the unexpected situations here...

this is really discouraging, but still a lot of people apply for canada..

As long as you have settlement fund, no worries.

a) propert worth $15,000,
b) liquid fund $15,000
c)liability is $7,000 from personal bank loan used to pay property (not home loan/mortgage)

my dillema is will my personal bank loan have a negative impact on my settlement fund???

Did that document contain the father's name Mother's name and the Date of Birth ? It it contains all the details then i dont think there is any reason of rejection . I have also send my higher secondary certificate and as per my Lawyer a reputed one its enough in absence of proper Birth Certificate , I just added on self signed affidavit why my BC is not available .

I haven't sent my spouse BC instead attached X XII mark sheet and his Transfer certificate from college which contains DON and his father name. But mark sheet doesn't has his parents name. Will they return my application... Really worried.

Hello guys,
I have sent my application and CIC received it on 10th of June 2014. I applied for skilled worker under the NOC code 2173. Since then I didn't receive anything.. No notification, no additional request for documentation, no refusal or acceptance.. Is this normal? Should I have received some news by now?

Also I wonder how they manage the numbers in "Applications we will accept" table. Do they count you in after the first review of your application?

Its alll cool man .... CIO is still processing 12th/14th May... Would take another month and a half or so before you seen any action...! I'm 18th July... Mostprobably around November for me .... that is if my NOC1112 cap doesnt run out !!

Ohhh....i hope they dont...but be mentally prepared...usually 10th marksheets are enough as they have fathers name, mother name etc details...But its just a substitute..so cant say

[size=9pt] Goku has had his setbacks in canada...like if you remember the movie '3 idiots' goku also tried jumping from his hostel window...he went through Canadian education and all that loan-shoan but thankfully he is now recovering well !!! Congrats on completing 4 years today

If there is at least one certificate mentioning your spouse's DoB and parent(s) name, you shall be fine. Don't worry.
