Hi... Just got PER..... 12th may applicant, dd encashed on 23rd July according to the mail..... Will update the ss tomorrow

you should be able to cancel the old DD..contact your bank...for the ECA report you should not need another one, However if you do you can always order them online without sending your docs again as they have all your records...

its not considered a blank, if entered as follows

It is a blank if

07/2006-06/2010 Bachelors

This is different than education data/year where u enter the school name and degree earned........... in timeline u enter activity and status in the country (Citizen, Work Visa, etc etc)
