Finally Received PER email ( just 30 minutes ago) ;D ;D... I was a bit worried... I guess it longer time than other 8th May applicants because of my work experience letter documentation

Application Received 8th May 2014
CC Charged : 9th of July
PER received : 19th August 2014

always when applying think logical and provide every evidence that you can provide to show why...

my company gave me an experience letter without duties, so I printed the email traffic between my ex boss and HR and myself to proof that my 1st company policy does not allow to provide experience letter. email traffic was on
I have added a cover letter stating why my duties are not included in my 1st company letter
my first company just provided a basic letter that MR X worked from ... to .... as Tittle etc...

1. Is ur experience in 1st company (which did not provide duties) the only experience, which qualify under applied NOC?
I have another experience at my second company( present company ) which is less than a year.

No I do not achieve 67 points if i exclude my 1st company experience

3. Whats the duration of your experience in 1st Company and whats ur total experience in applied NOC?
8+ years

4. How reputable is ur 1st company?
its a multi national american company Which has has a branch in canada as well

5. What was ur Job Title in 1st company? What i want to that to what extent ur self declared job duties are supported by your Job Title?.

yeah he provided his XIIth cert and thereafter his bachelors etc...etc...what he did not explain was that he repeated class XIth...i guess he should be fine...unless CIC returns the app stating this reason...

What i have heard, not sure, is failure to account any time period in your application results in rejection. If u read the guideline, CIC has clearly emphasized to LEAVE NO GAP. Now, if he has explained it some how i.e. left no GAP in the timeline, or provided the 12th Certificate, which shows that passing out in 2006 ........... Hopefully, he shud not have any problem.

The issue is not non explanation of repeating.......... issue is timeline........ if he has not left any blank, it automatically explains ..... CIC guys have reasonable IQ.
