Dear all, I am told my PER arrived yesterday at my Canadian representative's e-mail; just learned today from my India immigration office. Good luck to all those who are waiting for fee charge, PER or whatever next stage they are at. Cheers!

Please can someone tell me when do they give us the UCI number ? in order to check online ?

NB: i have a representative ( consultant ) who has his email and info on my application .

should i ask him about the UCI number ? my application was received on July 29

I have put up my file at the Sydney NS office. The date of reciept of application was 24/06/2014. When should I expect to get a reply from the visa office?

Dear All

This is my first post here though I have been following this forum for quite a few months and I must say, it helped my and my husband A LOT in filling and submitting our application.

The reason of this post is a small concern - We sent our application on July 18, 2014 and it was delivered at CIC office on July 23, 2014 at 13:22. However, we have not received any confirmation from CIC if they have received the application or not. I see people mentioning that their application was received by "so and so" and I have no such information which is making us very worried and anxious. ??? : :-X

Any leads or information on this can really help us!!

CIC usually don't confirm receipt until an eligibility review is done on your application , which may take btw 50 -100 days or depending on the number application in before urs

Once we receive per the file will be sent to local vo office. Then the vo office will send a aor mail which contains medical request. Correct me if i am wrong. ...

i afraid you have to wait till your application returned ....

Urgently get in touch with your courier service to stop your delivery, you may redirect to a contact in Canada, or if one already in canada in the forum is willing to help. Send Spouse IELTS to contact to include and forward for to CIC for you.

I have 8 yrs of exp in finance field but my present and ex-employers are not ready to provide job reference letters. I got emails from them stating they do not have policy to provide job reference letter.

Can i attach affidavit along with those emails and employment letter, pay slip etc with my file?

along with above documents, Is it possible to also state out your job functions in a Cover letter and get a supervisor/superior to sign it, this will help CIC deduce your job functions fit into Subject NOC. I am also aware of applicants that have secured job reference through supervisors or colleagues.

Hi guys,
I am planning to send my application within two weeks enshalla but i am confused coz i have a Bachelor degree as computer engineer but i have 5 years’ experience as construction estimator which is the NOC I’m planning to apply for.
I asked one consultant to send the application through him but he reject to do so since he is confidence that my file will be rejected because my education is not matching my NOC & experience.
Please, advise if somebody been in the same situation and his or her application got accepted.
