Is there anybody who received file number who applied in june?
How much time we have to wait more

I am working in dubai from 2007 , but i will visit India each year for a duration of 2 months as vacation

so i have to mention those 2 months also in the address (the address where i stay in india is same for all visits)

or

shall i mention from 2007 iam staying in dubai ( but 2 months i have gap as i visit india)

plz suggest

Hi Everyone,

I would like to thank all group members who are helping each other voluntarily. I remember when I first downloaded all the forms and read the guidelines and other details I could only understand 20% of the information. Then I joined this forum and after following it for like 3 weeks and reading queries of others, I have been able to understand the information almost 80%. Still I have few questions which I want to ask so I can start filling my immigration forms.

Questions related to Immigration Forms:

1. Generic Application Form:
I. Application Details -> Question 7: Have you received your Certificat de Sélection du Québec (CSQ)? What to select here? 7a) Yes or No? And if No then what to write in 7c?

II. Education/Occupation Details -> Question 3: What to write in current occupation? It should be my current designation or relevant category name? e.g. my designation right now is executive director and I am applying under 1123 so I am taking my previous job of marketing coordinator to apply. So I write executive director or marketing coordinator?

III. Education/Occupation Details -> Question 4: What to write in Intended occupation? My desired NOC name with NOC code? i.e. marketing coordinator 1123?

2. Schedule A: Background Declaration

I. Question 4: If I do not know the complete DOB of my father/mother, it was mentioned in the guide to use * sign but I cannot type it in the PDF. What’s the solution to indicate *?

II. Personal History -> Question 8: What is meant by personal history? Does it mean my Job history where I have been working in last 10 years?

III. Addresses -> Question 12: What is meant by Addresses? Does it means where I have lived in last 10 years? Even if there is a change in my address within the same city I have to mention that?

3. Supplementary Information - Your Travels:

I. It is mentioned by various people on the forum to fill this form by applicant and spouse both, but isn’t it to be filled by only applicant as spouse information is asked in the same form?

II. PDF says the form cannot be saved and one should print it after filling. Is this issue with me only or everyone?

4. Schedule 3: Economic Classes-Federal Skilled Workers

I. Question 11: If I am showing CAD $15000 in settlement funds, do I have to mention the same amount in assets as well?

II. Question 12: I am applying under NOC 1123 and my relevant designation is Marketing Coordinator in which I have worked for almost 4.5 years. Should I mention Marketing Coordinator here or is it necessary to mention one of the designations which are mentioned in the NOC Guide?

III. Question 12: In the duties section I will only list those jobs which are relevant to my NOC only or all jobs I have done previously?

IV. Question 12: Form provide only 5 boxes to write duties for each job. Should we write all the duties which we have mentioned in the reference letters?

5. Additional Family Information:

I. In Section C do I have to mention details about my siblings a well? Although they are not part of the immigration? I am applying with my spouse.

6. A general query after reading all the forms related to applicant mobility
There are 3 different areas where dates have been asked for the person’s mobility. Personal History, Addresses and Travel History. Can anyone differentiate between these 3 details? I have mentioned my own assumption above against every heading but juts need further clarification in case I am wrong.

Dude currently 12th May applicant started processing. And last file number was given to 6th May applicant.
Keep patience.
You need to wait for next 2 months minimum.

In Schedule 3 Form:

I work for a company since last 4 years and within those period I got promoted and my Designation changed 3 time like....Engineer II, Senior engineer I and Senior engineer II.

But my project and job duties were same.

1. Do I need to mention each designation separately with start date and end date?

DO attach promotion proofs.

2. Do I need to write separate job duties for each designation? (My duties were same)

Yes you need to write each designation.

In my previous company i worked for NOC 2232 for 1 year and after that I am working with other company in NOC 2132....Should I mention both NOC's in Work history?

Please help and reply fast ...my file is ready..need to send...

UAE is your Country of Residence

India is your Country of Origin.

This is what the form IMM5562E clearly mentions - "List all trips you, and if applicable, your family members have taken outside your country of origin or of residence in the last 10 years".

So your trips between UAE and India do not have to go into the form - at all!

Answer : Don't be silly. Various people on the forum has said and also on the checklist it is mentioned both of you must fill up this form separately.

what is wring if i write before printing as it is accepting

Just keep it blank....Its absolutely fine....And u cant write N/A manually on the FAX field via PC ....

It is suggested to avoid use of pen since generic form is a barcoded form .....

List all addresses where you have lived from your 18th Birthday or the past 10 years, whichever is the earliest.

Dear all


one of forum member " GUKU " 9th may got his DD charged yesterday , which shows 1 charging. However, he mention that DD was drawn from TD trust bank ( seems from canadian bank :'( :'( :'( ). Do you think they sent all concern persons DDs in pool for charging. and local banks cleared first and Rest are to be follow....is it like that ? ??? ???

Hence, I think from next week onwards other courtries DD should be charged. Hopefully I start with SBI ( ;D ;D ;D ) , india. So I would that lucky guy 8) 8) 8)
