any one here sent property evaluation to LVO as a POF and his application has accepted ? Particularly who sent this year... please

Real property is not a liquid asset so it will not work as proof of funds. Unless someone has experienced to the contrary.

First of all many many congratulations.

My application was also received by Mr. Krswzda exactly at 10:47 AM on 7th May. It looks to me that your and my packet arrived together and were received by him together. Although I am yet to hear from them. My DD is still outstanding. After learning about your case it looks that Mr. K started processing his received applications only last week.

Thanks Buddy...I am sure the time stamp is just a formality and it is clear that appln are not being processed on FIFO basis. I noticed that application received at 2 PM were processed before mine.

You guys are wonderful, everyone helping each other despite knowing they are their competitors & do it regardless of their nationality. I love the way you guys give HOPE to everyone even in cases when they have messed up. No matter what happens with their immigration, everyone coming here takes away good lessons, lessons that are not taught in schools.

One doubt about work reference letter ??? ??? ???

I have given reference letters from my Seniors in the team, Not from the manager , as companies I worked for were not ready to give reference letters in the required format .. As manger has left the company .

Would that be a problem . ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? :'(

However, I have given all my payslips,promotion ,salary hike,job offer letters of all the companies I worked for .

As long as those seniors genuinely knew your duties at the time. Then no problem.

Do i need to write a cover letter for not attaching PCC as it is under process. I mean, they have specifically mentioned that "If you are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificate, you may still send your application to CIO without them".
I shall not tick the checkbox.
Please advise.

I would say a cover letter just for this probably isn't necessary but I wrote on the checklist "to be provided" and mentioned in my overall covering letter that I would provide PCCs later.

Dear applicants,

Do the reference letters need to be in native languages? I mentioned the objective to my employees and told them I would have to have them translated and they just wrote them in english to make things easier. Is that ok?

It's perfect .
If it's written in native language.......you will need to translate,certify and notorize for it to be accepted.

As advised many times..
those who dont have surname do as follows

just " write all given names in surname field and leave the name field blank

it is the acceptable policy by CIC as its mentioned in their website ( as well as in the form filling guides )

Hi Mates,

while filling the Generic form, I am not able to validate.

Surname - ( left it blank - as in my passport )
Given name - XYZ ABC ( as in passport )

while validating it says Surname cannot be left blank. But if i type NA in the space, wouldnt my name be read as "NA, XYZ ABC".

Pls help how to clear by this..

I have 19,500 CAD as settlement funds, I don't own a house or a car, no mortgage nothing else only money on the bank account
so in the form IMM 008 SCHEDULE 3 I should write

Assets 0
Liabilities 0
Settlement funds 19,500 CAD

Please it's urgent

No. Cash is an asset. Is that 19,500 CAD the only money you have? If so:

Assets 19,500
Liabilities 0
Settlement Funds 19,500.

If you have some other asset you should include it under assets also.

Those who are from 2171 NOC, can you please share what roles and responsibilities you have mentioned and your CC charged? I am a System Analyst but not sure what all should I include. Dont want to copy paste all the roles and responsibilities which are mentioned in NOC 2171 from CIC website.

Hi

I have submitted my application to Sydney Office on June 12, 2014. i have filled form for payment of fee through Credit Card. When would they will charge fee from card.

Furthermore, i applied under the NOC Category 2132. I have required qualification as the requirement of this code and same job description stipulated under 2132. However, job designation does not match with designation given.

Not a problem. But you are going to be waiting a while for CC charge.

Case officers handling cases are different .
There is 90% assurance that it's treated with respecting time and date stamp.
For applicants who noticed delay than necessary...several factors may be responsible for this......case officers,verification of document ,confirmation of some documents may be responsible.
