I understand why China is not the top of list in the spreadsheet; but don't understand at all why number of applicants in the sheet is so low for Philippines (541 new delhi vs 98 manila)!!!

Once you get AOR, you need to inform you VO with change of address and status possibly with updated forms.

The basic reason is there are fewer applicants at CPC-ottawa than NDVO, and NDVO has huge backlog.
Secondly, their is no transit time for CPC-Ottawa, they get application next day of dispatch; however it takes weeks for other VOs.

if u see the spreadsheet, processing in VO - CPC-ottawa is more fast compared to other VO. 7 person got MR.
But in india, nobody get MR. Processing is Newdelhi VO is very slow.....

Anybody know, what is the reason behind this....

I wish Ankara visa office was as slow as New Delhi visa office

Ok I am preparing my application now as I have WES credentials evaluated, IELTS score, reference letters from employers.

Q1. I don't have birth certificate. My class X grade sheet only mentions my name and not my parents. What do I do ?

My understanding : CPC-ottawa does not check background at all. Because, most of them are either living in Canada or America. So, for those applicants, background checking have already been done and CPC-ottawa thought it is unnecssary to do it again.

2. "Father's First Last Name" was born in "City, State, Country," on "Day Month Year".

3. "Mother's First Last Name" was born in "City, State, Country," on "Day Month Year".

4. We have been married since "Day Month Year".

5. "Name of the person for whom this affidavit is being made" is our "son/daughter" who was born on "Day Month Year" in "City, State, Country".

So we do hereby solemnly affirm the foregoing are true and correct statements.

I have a elementary question.

I worked 3.5 years as software engineer at a firm. Than take some time off - 8 months. Than, working again for 2.5 years in another firm as software engineer.

So, will my experience point be calculated based on 3.5 + 2.5 = 5.10 years? Or only the current job (2.5 years) will be counted?

Thanks for the response. I am wondering do I need to ask my old parents in my home town to run to notary. I saw some people posting a normal Affidevit by a notary saying "This is to certify that Mr XYZ, son of ABC was born on XXXX. His senior school certificate is attached as proof of DOB..." also works. Wondering why there is no guidelines issued by CIC in this case.
