Congrats, you have crossed the biggest hurdle.

It is NOT that ECA covering letter that they want, but copy of your degree (and possibly mark sheets copy, if possible). Along with original ECA report it is mandatory to send copy of degrees, else expect your application package back. Hopefully you guys submitted degree copies!!

Yes, better apply when 25th May apps start getting processed, if u expect to get it in 2-4 weeks

But first make sure about the time required to get the PCC from Spain. Also consider the time required to complete the requirements, such as finger printing.

Note that 3 months guideline is for submitting it with the application, PCC is valid for 1 year. VO will accept 5-6 months or even 7 months old PCC as the whole process would be at advanced stage.

CIC has again updated CAP data yesterday.

Where is this so called "EDUCATION QUALIFICATION DOCS LIST"? There is just one section in the CIC Document Checklist i.e. item # 13 according to which along with original ECA you needed to send degree copies to CIO. If possible also include mark sheets. That's about it!!!!

Yeah....didn't want to confuse you....but I mean to say d same....actually I was interpreting d way I arranged my documents....dats y....so dats all we need to send....ryt...so I need not worry as I hav sent my degree+marksheets
