Nope brother,

This is not true for this case ....Occuation does not require to match NOC list for this case...

So just write STUDENT for both case...:)

If you wrote "Student" for both, feel no worry, for this you will not get sorry.

Well for both cases an affidavit .. combine with copies of the other documents (offer letter / salary slips) should make your case strong enough ..

1. If you got already 67, without this job details you can start dreaming of canada's heaven.

2. Just add a cover letter, it will help to Officer for explaining better.

Will the affidavit is considered as a valid document in the absence of actual job description letter by CIC?

What else do i need to attach in lieu of actual Job description letter to support my case?

Need to ask the other forum members, Do anyone done this before and his/her application get accepted?

Awaiting kind replies.

Just in addition with this ...

Accumulated Suggestion :

"1) Please descibe the reference letter with your NOC on a white A4 paper and get it acknowledged by your supervisor.
2) Take a copy of photo I'd (company tag photo id) of your supervisor of your company...get it signed by him on it and do attestation
3) Get a service letter from your employee stating you have worked from so and so time with your designation
4) provide an affidavit supporting why you are not able to provide the reference letter in company letter head and attach the service letter provided along with this
5) Submit appointment letter (if exists)
6) Submit Payslip (if exists)
7) Business card of applicant (if exists)"

I have seen one FSW13 successful applicant from NDVO....

Can u tell me how long does it take to get acceptance letter after receiving application by CIO.

or, what will be the total process and approximate time required for each step?

I have sent application and now its in Nova Scotia but yet not delivered..

Your situation is like mine.
as from from 2008 i can manage 6 years job experience which is giving me maximum points for exp, i have not shown that experience.
And I managed a job description/reference letter from on of my senior colleague/supervisor as my HR dept refused to provide any.

Hi Ashif,

Someone in this forum, asked me to get in touch with you for the following issue.

I had been to Canada 3 years down the line on Study Permit.

Now my question is, my background verification would be done only for last 3 years.

Or would that be since the time I am working, coz I had provided the same documents while applying for Study Permit?
So, ideally they should have the verification data.

I am a bit confused
