Adaptability issue

My brother lives in Canada so i want to earn 5 points of adaptability

My question is that my father name spelling are different on all documents from brothers. Just one word is different. If cic enquire about my brother details all but father name will spelling change comes out............


Please suggest wat to do

im 7 may applicant n my noc is 2171..I havent received any information from cio..its past 1 month..
also by looking at the spreadsheet I observed that there has no cc charge in dis noc since 4th june..
wat could possibly be the reason? They r working fine wid other nocs like 2173 n 2174..
xperts could u pls throw some light 8n dis..m realli worried..
also other applicants of 7th may who belong to the same noc please ge in touch..

I just heard today that one applicant from our forum got rejected due to CC problem.. that means getting rejected package would not be taking long time, even if by regular mail.. otherwise he would have no news so far.. am I right?

Its a very bad practice that CIC does not send any rejection email to the applicants ...(I have not heard anybody for earlier year).

They just return back the application package with a cover letter stating the reason for returning / rejection.

Dear Brother,

As per my experience, CIC allows the change in one portion of the word of parents on the adaptability case...


I have also same issue....

My elder brother-- father's name was Mohammad AA BB

but in my case it Md AA BB.

In this case u can show a family tree (on the above mention ur fathers name, under this show ur brother and urs name). u can do it on Microsoft word...very simple.


My immediate two brother also did the same (claiming for my eldest brother )and they had no issue on their FSW PR application.

Yes u r right, So far they are returning the application very fast...

This is very much positive for the applicants....Since they are now having the chances for reapplication......

Just my thought:


CIC is sorting a bunch of application first.

Then they may send PERs to applicants in a bunch.....

This type of behaviors has observed on the local visa offices...Some of the offices review a group of the applications together and then send Medical request thoroughly to the applicants...


CIC may also do the same.....(Many other reason may also involve--This is Just a personal guess)

U can send new appointment letter and release letter of the prev company to ur local visa office

or

If u wish u may notify this if they want to get updated forms on later stage of PER ...
