I am Dec 15 applicant.

My DD has not yet encashed, Nor received any mail communication from CIC.

But I managed to get my UCI number from CIC agent when I called them last week.

My ECAS status is showing as "IN PROCESS" and when I click it, the explanation is " your application is received on ... date".

What does it means.. ?

Am in real dilemma, when to resign.
I received my PPR last week and PP's being sent. My Notice period is 1 month.
Should i resign or wait until it gets stamped ? Is there any chance of rejection now?

My passport was iisued from Pune psk but now i am back to my hometown and applied PCC from chandigarh psk..
my question is....
Is they issue PCC on same day or take some time...
Are they accept downloaded bank statement as bank proof...
they keep passport with them for PCC issuance or give back to applicant

I suggest you raise a CSE attaching the relevant docs.

"In process" means you are about to received Golden Mail any time soon.

DD might have encashed,sometimes banks do not have accurate update.

Take it Easy, wait patiently for a week.

In that case you should receive MR soon and you WILL also receive PCC request along with MR and sometimes they provide only 30 days so keep your PCC ready, if it's not already.

Also make sure you've got at least 14 months left in your passport expiry date, otherwise VO may ask for a renewed one!

But what harm would a few days more do. Get you PPR and put down you papers.
You are lucky compared to a few of us to have to serve 3 months of notice.
