Hi Seniors,

need help on the service letter part. I'm going to apply under 2132 and can identify only couple of titles(fluid mechanics engineer & thermal engineer), from the list of 30-40 titles, for me. Is it fine??....Also from the job duties mentioned I can only get 'design and development of components' in my certificate, which is one of the job duties mentioned in the list of around 10 other duties like costing and planning and purchasing which I don't do....will this affect the application of is it fine to have only a few duties, mentioned in the list, at your disposal..?

Job title is irrelevant, only matching the duties matters.

Nobody knows for sure how closely you have to match the duties listed in the NOC. The consensus on the board seems to be 60%, with opinions ranging from 50-80%.

I don't completely understand your post but it seems like you are saying you only match 1 of the duties in the NOC? That's surely not enough.

I entered the spreadsheet this morning but I guess I have entered it incorrectly, my NOC is 2173 but it got entered as 2113. Please update the change.

However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office."

As mates DD and CC keeps getting charged which is good and PERS continue to be received and waiting game continues,can i get my Job duties MATCHED with NOC 1123 Job duties and send ma application since i already have an official appointment and referral letter for the same Job title under this NOC 1123 ? There is no more time !

I have 9 years continuous full time experience and a Job title under this NOC 1123 but the Job duties are different. I want to match it. You know what i mean !

Man you just want to be proven right don't you. ..will you be rejoicing once you realize that 2174 got capped just one day before your application was recieved?
