how is NDVO working?? According to noc? Medical?applicatn filed? I wana undrstand d trend if someone cud help me... tensions n irritations r my best buddies these days.

hey
first of all try to calm down all ur anxiety as sooner or later approx 95 % of us will get our PPR.
AS FAR AS MY OBSERVATION:

it is according to the medical recieved date:

BUT

medical received are further stratified by following criteria:
1. PCC sent with application(criminality check time is saved as done with backgroung check) and single applicant(no dependent- reduces the security check time.)
2. pcc sent with application.
3. single applicant.
4. less travel history.
5. at random ur file is selected for thorough checkup.

this is the best i figured out from the trend...:)

BY the way I am 30th MAY applicant with medical done on 25th NOV and medical recieved on 3rd DEC.
hope we get PPR soon.

Finally something that I can guide on!
If you are Indian citizen, go to local Consulate for Indian PCC.
For US based, you will need to send to FBI. Get fingerprint done at local police station and send to West Virginia. Better hurry. They are taking forever to process.

Details here: http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/identity-history-summary-checks

Medicals done on 10th January. Reports were uploaded by hospital on 16th January. Still waiting for 3rd line to be updated.
Any one is like me? what could be the reason? As per doctor everything is fine and no issue with medical.

[size=13pt] How can transferring 12 applications(reference: spread sheet) from NDVO ---> Warsaw reduce the work pressure.

We thought NDVO was worst but Warsaw is pathetic.

I want to cry :'(

@Vish.. before you start crying...have a look at the Warsaw spreadsheet (link below)....who said only 12 applications have been transferred....
I urge all WARSAW APPLICANTS... to update the warsaw spreadsheet for most suitable tracking of WVO applications...

congrats! NDVO making a lot of people happy today

Congrats on your PPR, just want to know one thing that your MR date is 23rd Dec, what date they have given to submit the docs and after how many days you have recd the PPR. Just curious to know as my third line is already updated and the date they gave me was 25th March to submit all the docs.. will they take action only after 25th March or it can happen before hand as well. Mine is also NDVO and 2173...

Me... 17th nov medical n received on 24th.

Thanks very much for the update... Iam also trying to encourage others and persuading them to have patience but sometimes i just wonder how long more do we have to wait.. and i try to reason out as much as possible to ease the wait time.. Oh well all i could say is that may we all get what we deserve soon and get rewarded for our endless patience which would be CLEAN AND QUICK PPR AND VISA STAMP from our beloved and unpredictable NDVO.

Is there any possibility of rejected after PPR ? I got MR+RPRF+PPR all together. Application reached on 30th January.

Tonmoy.. Everything is possible till the time you get your Visa Stamped. The following are the conditions which could preclude your ambition of getting PR Visa after MR+RPRF+PPR1 stage..

1. The main applicant security background search fetched some negative report. ( I read in some Canada forum that after getting the VISA stamped this Guy was called later on by CIC and the VISA was canceled due to some adverse report which was later on reported by the some authorities to CIC.)

2. Any concealment of critical information which later on CIC discovered, would compel CIC to conduct fresh re-assessment of your file and they may or may not give you chance to explain the discrepancies before declining your application on the basis of misrepresentation.

3. At the time of CIC checking with the Bank regarding your proof of fund discovers that your account do not hold the required amount would also lead to declining of your application. So do keep the money untouched until you get your VISA.

I think these are some of the major issues which could cause hindrance in getting VISA but other than that "ACT OF GOD" could also prevent you getting VISA.. So be good and do good...

Hi there friends,
I received an email from the embassy of Canada in Paris. It has mentioned my UCI and application number and read:

"This is an automated message. Please DO NOT RESPOND to this message.

Dear.... ,

This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2014/10/30."

Now I have two questions:
1. Since I selected Ankara visa office as my selected office, why have I received this from Paris?
2. What is this email and what does it mean?

Thanks in advance

Its Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR). Its just an acknowledgement from CHC-Paris that they have received your application for PR in Canada. :)

I am devastated! :(

I just came from my regular doctor to discuss the result of my annual medical exam and I am positive for Hepatitis A!!! He will send me to the hospital for vaccine.

How serious is this and could this possibly affect my medical for Canada? I already have my PER so presumably medical request is next. I'm getting a panic attack!!!!!

Get it treated and submit the medication chart in ur medical report ,, u should be ok
