Hi Seniors!

I am a 17 Dec applicant and my CC was charged on 9th Feb. Yesterday i called CIC and got my UCI no.(8 digit number starting with 9)
Now when I am checking my eCAS it is showing either your file is not processed yet or you have entered wrong details..
but I have entered every field right but still eCAS seems to be inactive!

My Question to you guys is:-
1) Does eCAS gets active along with charging or it takes some time after charging to get active?
2) Has any one experienced this problem initially and then his/her eCAS became active after some time?

I received MR+PCC+RPRF+PP request on Nov 4. I have submitted my PP on Dec 24 with PCC and other docs. However, I am still waiting to hear from SGVO till today. Raised CSE on Feb 4 already.

Are there any applicants who have a similar situation?

Whoever, received MR+PCC+RPRF+PP are you submitting PP with PCC and RPRF or you would wait for VO to ask for PP again when they are ready to provide stamping?

I am in fix now, I need to travel to US on April 19 for Biz and I do not have PP
Incase my application is not finalized by end March, is there any procedure to ask for PP back from VO giving justification that I need to travel for Business purposes.?

Check it after 5-7 days from the day you receive PPR. As you receive UCI for first time it will take some time to activate your ECAS.

By All means you can get you PP back and get an extension to resubmit it later.
If I remember correct Diplo advised that SGVO were issuing Visa on walk in's.
No harm in going to the VO and trying. They may entertain your request there and then.

That is such a relief to hear my friend. As I raised CSE on Feb 4 to ask for status of my application. I will wait for SGVO reply first. If by March first week there is no update for me I will go and visit SGVO personally as I am in Singapore
.
The fact is there is an important business assignment for me and my company has booked tickets already. I havent told them that I dont have my PP :-( Its like either I go to US and get the job done or I perish.

Trust God will pull me out of this one as well as always. Just getting impatient by the day. +1 for you.

1. Do you have any examples/known cases with VO when interview has been done after Medicals..(apart from your case)
2. Does GCMS notes contain the points given by CIO-Sydney....

23rd sep applicant noc 2131 charged 12 dec finally got email from cic and sadly its a ner .i got 62 points and 5 points for adaptability was not given reason for that was i failed to prove residency proof of my relative as i mistakenly sent the Canadian revenue letter which was of last year (11 jan 2013) that is more than 6 months from date of application rest everything was fine with my app .. so need seniors advice can anything be done now ?? can i appeal for this point by providing recent document.

Exact reason in email is as follows

You were assigned 0 adaptability points for being related to a person living in Canada. Adaptability points are assigned if the principal applicant, or accompanying spouse or common-law partner, has a relative who is 18 years of age or older as of the date of application and who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident residing in Canada. Section 14 of the document checklist in the application for permanent residence provides examples of documentation that may be provided to show proof of residency of a relative living in Canada. The evidence should show the relative's name and full address in Canada and must be less than 6 months old from the date of your application submission. The documentation you provided for your relative is an undated form letter with reference to the date April 30, 2013. Your application was received September 23, 2014. You have not provided sufficient documentation to satisfy me that your relative is residing in Canada. Therefore, I have assigned no adaptability points for a relative residing in Canada, in accordance with R83 of IRPA.

Not sure when I should get the MR. Any one in the same situation?

I am really worried as other applicant of same NOC dated...18Aug ...4th Sept have already received 2nd line and MR.

I have received my File No. on 23/01/2015. But yesterday on 11/02/2015 I have been received another mail from “Embassy of Canada, Poland” that they were received my application on 23/10/2014 (please have a look on below stated mail).

I am not able to understand that what is the meaning of the below mail. As per my knowledge, Canadian High Commission, New Delhi will be responsible for other process after receiving File No.

I am very confuse after getting this mail. Please guide me.
