Can someone guide me what's the process of getting ME done in the UK?

Also, can someone tell me how to deal with CIC's request for renewed passport photocopies? They have asked me to submit those things by end of Feb but I may not have my new passport with me by then!

Want to share an update with you. I'm a 10th Dec CC applicant. I got charged at 10:04 pm IST yesterday. I had sent in applications for 2172 & 2281. Only one got charged so I'm not sure which one it is.

HI JIGYASU............ALLOW ME TO SOOTH YOUR JIGYASA..............THE LATEST MEDICAL REQUEST FOR NDVO IS APPLICATIONS RECEIVED PER ON 28 NOVEMBER. AVERAGE TIME FOR MR FROM NDVO IS 50-70 DAYS. READ MY PREVIOUS POST REGARDING BG CHECK.

CCSIS IS THE AGENCY WHICH DOES CRIMINALITY AND OTHER CHECKS. IT'S A THREE LAYERED CHECKING, PRIMARILY TO CHECK ANY CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS PENDING AGAINST ANY APPLICANT. THIS APPLIES TO ONE WHO HAS TRAVELLED TO OTHER COUNTRIES. CIF FOLLOWS UP WITH CSIS ON REGULAR BASIS AND THEIR MINIMUM THAT IS 14 WORKING DAYS AND CAN RANGE TO THREE MONTHS AND IF SOMETHING GETS NOTICED, AND THEN IT GOES FOR FURTHER VERIFICATION WHICH MIGHT DELAY PROCESS TO ONE YEAR. HOWEVER UNTIL REPORTS COMES FROM CSIS AND ARE CLEAN, YOUR APPLICATION WILL REMAIN UNDER PROGRESS. SOME APPLICANTS GOT THEIR MR EARLY SO THEY ARE GETTING PPR AFTER 4 MONTHS DELAY WHILE SOME ARE WAITING FOR MR FOR ABOUT 3 PLUS MONTHS .IT DEPENDS WHEN FILE IS PICKED UP FOR CRIMINAL CHECKING, IF IT IS PRE MEDICALS THEN MEDICALS GETS DELAYED FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS ,IF IT HAPPENS POST MEDICALS THEN PPR GETS DELAYED. ONE THING IS FOR SURE, IF AN APPLICANT HAS STAYED OUTSIDE ITS HOME COUNTRY, WITHOUT CLEAR CSIS REPORTS VISA CAN'T BE ISSUED. I HAVE NOTICED SOMEWHERE IN 2013 ONE OF THE APPLICANT WAS DENIED TRAVEL TO CANADA AFTER GETTING HIS PASSPORT STAMPED AS SOMETHING NEGATIVE APPEARED IN REPORTS AND HE WAS CALLED IN EMBASSY FOR INTERVIEW WHERE HIS VISA WAS CANCELLED WITH A LETTER STATING THE REASONS. SO IT'S WORTH THE WAIT TO GET CLEAR REPORT AND THEN GETTING NEXT STEP AHEAD IN THE PROCESS.

It's been 60 days since I received my per. My vo is Ndvo. When can I expect my medicals? Is background check done before medicals or after? What is the latest date of medicals for Ndvo?

YES NDVO COMMUNICATES THROUGH EMAIL WHICH HAS BEEN GIVEN IN YOUR FORMS.

I have a question, how does the New Delhi VO send communication for Medical, RPRF and PCC Request and also for passport request.

are these communication sent via email or a letter?

in my case, I have a representative who email and address is with CIC.

so please advise how the communication will be sent.

Thank you very much for such a prompt reply . +1 for it .

One more thing... do i need to update the already sent documents or i need to fill up a new form (i mean fill up a new general info form with all the details) . why i am asking this , bcz in "General application form" once filled we get a bar code. nw if i fill a new form , then the application id for both the documents will differ.

To clarify more on this, newborn will have to undergo medical examination but that doesnt include chest x ray, urine etc. Its a simple meeting with a child specialist in the hospital and height, weight etc. Nothing beyond that.

Just want to clarify if I can send my PCCs before the email from LVO requesting for PCCs?
Is that a good idea? OR better wait for their email re: PCC & MR request?

Btw, I received my PER last 7Nov2014 and up to now still waiting for PCC & MR request.
I was thinking of maybe by sending my PCCs now would make the processing of my application faster ;D

I will appreciate your thoughts/opinion on this.

anybody in similar situation? why do you think this NDVO is taking so much time to send MR,PCC request?

Can you please thro some info @ your app....

Do you have any International travel mentioned in ur forms?
How many companies did you worked?
What proof did you showed as POF?

This info will help us to understand reason of not updating 2nd line and medicals..pattern of NDVO...I am also tenssed...

hi I am NOC 1123 applicant. showed experience with 3 organizations. POF as bank certificate. i have only travelled once as a tourist to singapore for 10 days.

my initial analysis says that NDVO is processing the applications as per priority it seems.

may be NOC in demand are being given priority.
