bhai....buddy........gentle query means a decent request email or letter.

u have received an email address in ur MR email from LVO? check that email, that email have come from some LDN****** email address.......I cant recall it completely..........send an email to that address, write ur application number in subject line. simply write to them that u have been done with medicals since 3 months, and there is no update whatso ever about ur app. kindly let u know the status of ur app and how soon can u expect passport requests. make some good 3 4 lines of email. send it and wait for their reply. it will take around 12 working days to get a reply. hope that helps.

Second line update: Dec 24, processing began Dec 22.

No old emails , papers or anything it can really help you otherwise wait for the PER email

NO, there wasn't email. Yes there was a refusal letter but there is no more now with her and she don't remember what it was written in paper.
I have already received PER but I am main applicant so she doesn't have her UCI.

Actually, consensus among EE is that it will be NOC independant.

It will be even more than that: FSWP, FSTP and CEC will all be mixed in one single pool.

Let's see how it goes. We'll find out in a month.

Any score above 350 should go through initially is my guess. Lets wait and watch the first draw later this month.

Yes, you are right. But though it is NOC independent, I don't think if 2000 applications are filed from 2174 and all of them are qualified and received more points than NOC 0111 (exg - my NOC), all of them will gonna selected over 0111. They also need 0111 people. So there got to be subcategory. This is why applicant also has to select NOC. Though there is no CAP, it got to be market demand driven.

I have a matter of concern. I am an 16th oct applicant but still there are no signs of DD encashment or PER. Nd m thoroughly worried about the validation of the dd. In my opinion standard SBI dd is valid for 3 months.

Seniors please guide.

Yes, even consultant and their immigration lawyer suggested not to mention her previous refusal visa.
But won't it harm later in future as it might be misrepresentation?

buddy I really don't know how to know the old uci if its been issued to someone, u can do online searching on internet to have an idea about it or some other mate can help u in this regard.

see buddy as ur wife is not primary applicant, so even if u don't mention it, it wont gona cause any harm to ur app. everything related to YOU must be presented truthfully........if u hide anything about YOURSELF that only can cause problem for ur app but anything like these issues of dependents doesn't really count as they are dependents not primary applicants. this wont be a cause of misrepresentation or hiding something. good luck and don't worry.

btw when u r the primary applicant, whey are u worried to find about the old uci of ur wife?

relax buddy, normally DDs are valid for one year. DDs can take upto 4 months to get cashed, avg DD cashing time is between 45 days to 75 days. hang on for good news.

Your DD is valid for 6 months and wait for your PER it should reach by the end of Jan 2015 or 1 week of Feb 2015.

So now that Express Entry has taken over :

• Do you think the pending FSW 2014 application processing will move faster because of no paperwork?
• My application(NOC1212) was received on 23rd Dec, Do you think I stand a chance?
• Can one check the no. of applications received under FSW 2014? I think they've taken that page off..

the CAP page is taken off, because now CIC does not need to warn applicants on the CAP status, as no new applicants are going to be in FSW.

You stand a chance in FSW if CAPS are not filled. 1212 is cold, so no issues.?
