Hi Friends

My CC got charged and Im awaiting PER. 6th October applicant, NOC 0112.
I have a question. I am the the primary applicant. My spouse company had applied for a work permit for UK however it was rejected. We have forgotten to mention the same on his form. While going through the form again I realized that it does not ask for these type of visa rejections.

What do you recommend. Shall I send this correction to CIC or wait till PER email and then send form to visa office?

Or shall I leave it there since the question on the form does not specify this kind of visa rejection information.

Please suggest.

I do have an urgent question; my brother took his ILTES exam early December and he will be receiving his results on December 28th. However, if he mail the documents on the 28th from our country it will not reach CIC before the 31st. Is there anything else could be done?
I was thinking of asking him to mail the complete signed documents to me in Canada and I will mail it from here including scanned copy of his ILTES results along with explanation letter, do you think this will work?

NEED YOUR ADVICE!

One on my friend sumbitted two apps under the same NOC(0113). One is received on 20 Aug, and the other is on 09 Sep. Right after he sent out the first app, he found that there might be some typos on the payment form so he sent out another app. Until now, both apps are charged but yet to receive any PER (although first line for two apps are shown on ECAS). Since many apps in the first week of Sep have received PER (including me), it seems to be an abnormal situation for my friend.

Any forumite has similar experience?

Never worry on RPRF issue.They will eventually update it into their system. CIC don't update about RPRF receipts in ECAS.

They do update Medical received.

Iam May 08 applicant. Ecas says In process. How many may 08 applicants got Decision made and ppr. My Noc is 2132. When can I expect my ppr. Please experts give suggestions. My vo is NDVO

This will not work. Scanned copy of ielts is not accepted. Application will be rejected during completeness check. If you dont care Bout the courier charges, one option you can try ur luck at is for your bro to send the whole application to cic immediately without ielts and hope that it reaches by 31st dec. Then send the ielts score separately as addendum document when ielts arrives. This is not garanteed to work but all u ll loose is courier money. U ll have to apply for additional ielts scorecard if u intend to apply for EE.

why do you believe your visa office is now in Ottawa instead of cairo?...were you sent an email regarding transfer of file from VO to VO(visa office)? when I say it depends on VO, all VOs don't operate at the same pace...some are slow while some are faster than others...you said you have done medicals right? you will have to be patient in my opinion.

I am in Canada and I have a friend who is also here in Canada but his file was transferred from CPC-Ottawa to Accra - He also got an email from CPC-Ottawa (his visa officer) not stating any reason for the transfer, ONLY notification. The VO said if he doesn't hear from accra within 2months, then he can contact. He is a May 7th, 2014 applicant with PER (some date in Early July). He never heard anything and he eventually sent them an email after 2months 2weeks and attached the initial email. Within 2days, he got MR, RPRF (he never even got his ECAS update, just 2nd line ONLY)...he has his family in Africa - Now he got passport request last week. His case is one of those rare and unique ones....I advice to be patient or raise CSE

Just to clarify, why are you saying "depends on your VO"?, what is the role of VO when application is processed in CPC-Ottawa?
I'm asking I applied from Cairo, and my file should be processed in CPC-Ottawa, but since I received my PER on 18 of August nothing happened! over 4 months now and nothing.... and I don't know even if my file is in Cairo VO or CPC-Ottawa.
