My first option was enabled but in my second option i had to enhance my international limit to fit in my 1250 CAD

Hi All,

On the schedule3 form as I too
couldn't fit all the roles and responsibilities in the limited space
provided what should I have to do.

please suggest on this.

1) In my bank statement i showed CAD 16400, however in Schedule 3 - IMM0008 form in question number 11, Assets i declared CAD 14720. Will this create any issues?

2) My main application NOC is 2174 as per previous company.
In Schedule 3 - IMM0008 form, question number 12, Work experience, i have given the following details
12-a) Occupation: Software Developer // NOC: 2174
12-b)
- Current company - Till Date - Software Tester [NOC-2173]
- Previous Company - to and from date - Software Developer [NOC- 2174]

For 2173 50 % of roles match my reference letters
For 2174 90% of roles match my reference letter

So my question is as i am applying under NOC 2174, will they refer only reference letter related to NOC 2174 or also they will consider 2173 reference letter.
Will there be any queries, if so what?

3) In new generic Form, I kept current occupant as of Current company designation and Intended occupation also the same. But the NOC which i am applying is of with previous year designation. Will this be a problem?

1. It is an issue. Assets cannot be less than settlement fund. You will get away with it.
2. They will refer to your both reference letter;
3. Major problem. How they will understand which is your correct intended NOC? What you say in the generic form or what you say in the Schedule 3?

No they will return the application if points are less than 67

I think it only happens if your points calculated below 67 ....

Yes it might happen.
There are some posts on 2013 FSW thread(dnt remember the page number though, that thread has grown like anything) which says the same.

There are three rejected cases in the spreadsheet for FSW 2013 they all fall short of points 67....

I passed my Bachelors Degree in September 1994. But I got my Degree certificate from the University on
15'March, 1997. So the year of graduation to be entered on the WES form is 1994 or 1997?

Welcome to the forum. I think, you don't have to wait too much. .Charing of 5th May has been started.

Note that one of the features of FSW2014 spreadsheet is that user his/herself can make changes through a saved link. It will make the spreadsheet self-sustainable with minimal human intervention.

If it is not too inconvenient,

1. please give your input through http://tinyurl.com/FSW14-Entry;

2. After successful entry into the form, you will be redirected to a page. Please click on the "Edit your response"

3. Now you will redirected to another page, where you will find all your current entry in a from. For change or add entry in future either bookmark the page or copy and save the address from the address bar.

What would be consequences of all these 3 points. Can you please explain in a bit detailed

Friends,

On the instruction guide , it is mentioned "The initial description and list of main duties in the NOC job description must match what you did in your job"

My employer has given reference letter with all the main duties , but no separate initial description( Even though the description of my NOC is covered in the duties mentioned)

will it be enough ?

It seems that you sent your application on may1st thru Dhl. But may 1st was a holiday and Dhl was not working!
