Job title is not a problem. U can write the job title u have. Most important thing is the job responsibilities and duties. That has to be very close to the one described in NOC job description.
If ur reference letter is in english then u dont have to notarize it.

For point 2, if we consider "These documents are to be provided for each country other than Canada, in which you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18." he did not need to. Quoted sttement taken from http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp

Not sure, if this is how the points are calculated for IELTS.

I think, since the lowest is listening at 7, the points will be 4 for each ability X 4 = 16.

Seniors, please correct me, if my understanding is wrong.

Ashif Bhai, I did not find anything that indicates the individual calculations for each of the ability.
Infact, its says that it will be totalled for all abilities and then divided by 4 to calculate the band.

U can staple the forms individually.....and final kit can be attached with larger clip...:)
I am now confused. In the first page of IMM5612E Document Checklist, it says, "Gather your documents in the order of the checklist and checkReach item. Attach small items such as photos and certified cheques with a paper clip, otherwise leave documents unbound. Place all documents in a sealed envelope. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the original version. Do not send any additional documents when submitting your application to the CIO."

Yes notarization is imp and Mr mohondubai I think u need to increase your knowledge and stop giving wrong info as if I would have listened to you wht you told me before I would have not even thought of applying kindly people who are knowledgable only answer...so -1 for you mohandubai and +1 for ashif..ty

What I beleive, notarization is not mandatory. For not notarization, your file may not be rejected.

However, if the visa officer is festidious and doubt your photocopies, they may ask to send the original- here notarization could play an important role. It could gives the confidence that someone have already independently verified the documents and will help reducing his suspicion a great deal. Not asking for originals also mean less processing time.

Echoing with Ashif, I would say Notarization will not do any harm but it could fetch benefits.

Pl do not give any additional then asked, it might complicate matters then help. People who have kept it simple to the point in 2013 are the one's whose applications were accepted and processed faster.

Hi Ashif,
I applied last year under 2174 and my application was returned because:

1. "A review of your application indicates you do not meet requirements of Regulation 10 of IRPA. The application is being returned to you for this reason." I am assuming that this is about my work experience and that the visa official didn't find my duties inline with 2174 description.
2. I used a dated form (should've waited until May 4th)
3. didn't include IELTS score report (I have it now)

I was hoping to get your opinion on my work experience letter. Can I email you?

Thanks!
would you mind sharing the letter of reference contents ?
